Animal Care Center of Tiffin Reviews
I took my female cat for just a check up. It was a nice experience. I also have a 10 year old male who hard never been here. He was acting weird on the weekend. So I did a virtual visit with an another provider who told me that if he had as straining to go to take him. Tuesday that happened. I called and they got us in within an hour. This was the first time I met Dr Daniels and she was amazing. So scaring and compassionate. The vet tech or nurse (I hate that I didn’t get her name) was amazing the entire time) we had the hard decision to put him down. They were so caring and sweet I couldn’t ask for better people. They deserve everything!
Jun 26, 2025 · Welcome MoserWe have only lived in Tiffin a short amount of time. We have taken both of our dogs here and the veterinarians as well as the techs are so thorough and knowledgeable. They make sure you understand your pets needs and inform you of what is best for your pet. We had to euthanize my 10 year old daughter’s senior dog last week and the tech made sure she understood the process and assures her that our dog would feel no pain. She sympathized with us and it really helped my daughter process the situation. I look forward to more visits at this clinic and HIGHLY recommend!
Apr 01, 2025 · Kayla WalkerStaff is nice enough and the vet is nice, but….My dog was taken in for her shots and stuff and she’s a very sweet, nervous dog. They muzzled her, which I don’t love but I guess understand, but when she came out, her muzzle was bleeding. They casually said she had probably hooked her nail when she was trying to get it off. When we got her home, she was furiously licking her bag toes. Called the vet, turned out she’d torn a muscle in her foot and ripped her nail.If you are going to muzzle an animal, it’s your responsibility to make sure things like that don’t happen. No other vet we have taken her had those kinds of problems. They were very casual about the whole thing and we got charged a $100 bill for their mistake. Had to put her on antibiotics and stronger pain meds. I was very upset at their casual take on the whole thing….my dog was already terrified of the vet. That didn’t help. Not to mention having a legit $400 bill the first day and another $100 bill the second day bc of their mistake, and that was with not even seeing the vet. I don’t see how this is fair or good practice.Everyone was nice. I’m not saying they aren’t, and I’m not saying they don’t care about the animals, but I don’t agree with what happened nor their attitude about it. we didn’t know they muzzle all dogs or at least our dogs, and it hurt our sweet little baby. A friend of ours switched to a different vet because they muzzle hers too and she didn’t care for the way they did things. We are switching as well bc things like that should happen or be dealt with the way they were.
