★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- The team was wonderful. My cat normally hates going to the vet. This was the best I've seen him behave in years. Everyone was so patient and kind with him. I will definitely go back! July 24 · Paige Short
- Dr Kramer was awesome. I was so nervous putting my little Gracey in a strangers hands. But everything went great. August 17 · Mona Aubry
- Everyone we worked with was very professional and friendly. I feel that they truly put the well-being of my dog at the forefront. Thank you for taking such good care of her. July 06 · Patti GDan
- Extremely disappointed with both times I brought my dog here. Both within a few months of each other this last visit was on Monday. I brought my dog in after realizing she is bleeding from her butt, the vet dismissed all of my concerns, gave me no answers and about $200 later my dog is still having this issue.. I called the office yesterday to inform them the issue is still occurring, they told me they’d have the vet call me back- no phone call. Shows how much they care. I will not be returning, and would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. May 23 · Hope Styve
- Rude and disrespectful experience with front desk staff. I asked why there was an office visit charge for a vaccine-only visit (there was a full doctor exam recently). The doctor agreed to not perform an exam. At checkout, there was a “technician office visit-20 mins”. We were in and out in less than 15min. I asked for justification. The front desk said by law, an office visit must be performed for vaccine administration. I asked which law. She said “I’m not looking that up for you. You can use Google, can’t you?”. Then she said the office visit is the cost for the tech to administer the vaccine. I said that’s a procedure charge, not an office visit. Her response was “I’m not arguing with you” and “I already explained this to you.”I can understand why it’s usual and customary to charge a minimal office visit for vaccine administration- fine. What’s not fine is gas-lighting your customers and being disrespectful. May 14 · Karl Huebner
