★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My dog was injured and needed immediate assistance. Tried calling over and over and no one answered, they were the only place open in the area and they turned me away since they were closing in 30 minutes. Took my limping dog with her swollen paw to another vet almost 30 minutes awayOverall front desk staff was pretty rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t even tell me where I can go, just flat out “we’re about to close and don’t take walk ins”, even though they have a sign that says come in whenever. A referral would have meant the world to me and my baby in that moment
May 21 · asal bahramiThis is a terrible clinic and I would not recommend it. We had an appointment for 12.30. We arrived 10 minutes early. We waited in line and when we got to the reception they said we did not have an appointment. Even though I made an appointment 4 days in advance and got a confirmation. When we finally showed all our confirmations they still refused to see us. They said they had urgent patients. It is very strange that at first they did not find us in the system and then just said there was no time. My dog has problems with anal glands and it bothers her a lot, they need to be cleaned every month otherwise she will stink really bad. We were refused an appointment even though we had an appointment!!!! They did not even warn us that our appointment was cancelled. If we had known we would have gone to another clinic!! They just wasted our time!
April 17 · Anastasia KucherenkoMy dog loves the staff here. And they love her. I know she is being well cared for.
