★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We brought our piglet Wayne in with a complication. The staff and Dr. Christina herself were very professional, courteous and communicative with a health plan in moving forward with care. Every person we dealt with within the practice were super nice and up front with pricing prior to moving forward. In regards to past reviews, it is not up to anyone within any establishment to mange one's inability to self regulate their emotions. While direct communication may not always feel pleasant, one may consider checking themselves first before writing a Google review. As for me, I plan on bringing not only my farm animals but my domestic animals too. The practice here has a good flow, it's clean and I can tell the staff enjoys the work they do.

April 28 · Erin PrinceThe doctors and staff at Banks Veterinary Clinic have consistently exceeded our expectations. They've been our trusted veterinary care providers for both our dogs and farm animals for the past six years and always delivering exceptional service. From routine vaccinations to more complex procedures like pig tusk trims, they handle every situation with professionalism, compassion, and expertise. They've been there for us during difficult times, offering support and guidance when saying goodbye to beloved animals. Their dedication, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile make them an invaluable asset to our sanctuary. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Banks Vet for their unwavering commitment to the well-being of the residents at Veganville Animal Sanctuary.
May 02 · Cecilia MialonI have been bringing animals to Banks Vet since my childhood, and I have always felt that they were genuinely cared for. However, after my recent experience, I can no longer trust that Banks Vet will provide the necessary support in a time of dire need.I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received during a critical emergency. My neighbor's small dog was severely injured in a dog attack, and I urgently called Banks Vet hoping for immediate assistance since they are a few blocks away.Upon explaining the situation, I was told that Banks Vet. would not be able to help. Instead of providing guidance or compassion during what was an extremely distressing time, I felt dismissed. I had to scramble to find an alternate facility while my neighbor's beloved pet, suffered in my arms. Tragically, she passed 10 minutes later. Banks vet was the sweet girl's only chance. In a moment of crisis, I expected a veterinary clinic to prioritize the welfare of the animal. Your refusal to help when you were only two minutes away was heartbreaking and unacceptable. I hope no one else has to go through such a painful experience and that Banks Vet reassesses its emergency protocols.
