May 05 · Faith CreightonAlways greeted with smiles at the front desk, Kat and Lynn are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Dr.Pooja, is amazing she spends as much time as needed to answer all my questions. Dr. Adam performed Ella’s surgery and he did an excellent job. Can hardly see her scar. Love this practice they are always go out of their way to get me in when needed and provide the best care for my Ella. They make you feel like part of the family. The pricing is fair and I highly recommend using Ansonia Seymour Veterinary Hospital to take care of your pets.
April 19 · Dori FarnhamIf I could give a million stars I would… I can’t express how amazing Dr Pooja and Dr Adam are to all my fur babies. The compassion and kindness they show to not only me but my pets is out of this world. I can’t recommend them enough. I just recently adopted a 14 week old puppy who needed surgery. Dr Adam had never done that specific procedure before and my baby was his first patient. When I tell you the incision scar looks like he did it a million times with his eyes closed, it’s so perfect and she healed beautifully. I genuinely cannot express enough how amazing both of these doctors are. They truly make my life as a pet parent so much easier knowing I have them in my corner to be there for them no matter what.
March 27 · Olivia LoughlinThe staff and doctor literally saved my dogs life. They worked tirelessly to help me find a way to pay for a very expensive, urgent, life saving surgery. I believe everyone involved went above and beyond for my big girl. They were compassionate, caring & did not judge. I will be forever grateful to the entire practice for everything they did for Rebel.
April 03 · Diane VerespieUnfortunately will not be returning. The compassion has gone down tremendously and the greed for money has sky rocketed. Came for my pets wellness exam, and waited an hour to be seen. My pet was not weighed, his ears, mouth, paws were not checked. They started right away with trying to draw blood and give shots. But they still charged me for an “exam fee.” I was then told I’d have to return for his rabies because he wasn’t yet due, even though I asked to make an appointment to get everything done in one day. Came back to pay more money, only to be told now he’s tested positive for something that requires medication. When asking to speak with the doctor again because I was nervous, I was told to calm down because he had no symptoms. Even though giving me helpful advice, the doctor also told me to calm down because there’s no symptoms and I was freaking myself out... After feeling judged and unheard, I left in a rush without paying for the medication accidentally. Not even a full week later I receive a phone call from their billing team stating my outstanding balance will be sent to collections because there’s been numerous attempts to reach me. Looking back I noticed ONE missed phone call from them … I’ll be finding a more compassionate team to take on my pet’s care.Be safe and aware when using this practice … hopefully your care is better
