New England Cat Care Reviews
Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to the entire team at NECC. Dr. Richter and his staff helped us improve the quality of life for our 2 cats and never gave up on us. He was kind, patient and realistic when we were creating the plans and was so knowledgeable here. He goes above and beyond to help and was kind enough to call me after my cat recently passed. I am so thankful for this team and my decision to make them my vet was a great one! Thank you!
Oct 21, 2024 · Nancy BattagliniThese folks are the best. Friendly, professional and they take an extraordinary interest in your pet. I would recommend them to any cat owner in driving distance.
Apr 08, 2025 · D HeroldThis is the BEST vet I've ever been to (and I've been to 4 other vets in the last 5 years). They took so much time with my kitty and did all the tests necessary to find out why my baby has been so sick. They explain everything that they are doing and never make you feel rushed or like you are just another number in their book. They are also respectful of your price range, will only do what is absolutely necessary, and will give you estimates throughout the visit. I could not be more thankful for the staff here.
Sep 22, 2023 · Alexandra FranciscoGreat place to take your kitty to. Everyone is very nice and professional.
Apr 02, 2025 · Dovile RudisThe team at New England Cat Care is amazing! They spend quality time listening to your concerns, assessing your cats, evaluating all options, and following up to ensure everything is fine once you are home. My cats loved this clinic because it is only cats, so they felt safe. There is always ample parking, and if you email them, they answer all emails the next business day they are open. I am so glad we found New England Cat Care. Boots and Marilyn will always have a safe visit here!
