This financial accessibility is a game-changer for many families who want to do right by their pets but are constrained by cost.
Beyond the price point, the quality of care is a major factor. The staff's kindness and the professional, yet humorous, approach create a positive experience that wins over clients. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Sinp Society was amazing! 10/10 recommend. Not only were their prices fair, the staff was great. We had a great laugh finding out that my cat wasn't a boy but a lil lady. A sense of humor will always win me over and they have the win. Thank you for taking care of my kittens.
May 14 · Cheryl HansenKind staff who took care of my doggo well. They maybe need a better sign in process (like take a number or something) as the office space is small so it can be a struggle if there's a challenging dog coming through. Took my corgi to get snipped and paid less than $450 for the surgery, cone, 2 meds, Lyme vaccine, 6 months of heartworm/flea/tick protection, & dremelled nails, when everywhere else I called started at $500 for the surgery only. He came home that night and he's healing quite well
June 26 · KenzI got a call back from Caitlin yesterday and she was incredibly kind and helpful. My first visit was last year and I wasn’t sure what to expect and nervous for my girls surgery. They are a well oiled machine. They are busy, but they have enough staff to keep things running smoothly. Most importantly the staff genuinely cares about the animals! Thank you Caitlin for such a pleasant booking
April 05 · Missy KlemensiewiczI DO NOT recommend this place. Kathleen Whelan, does not know what she is doing. We took our dog there to get neutered. The person who did the surgery (Kathleen Whelan) told us that they could not find the other testicle so they couldn’t complete the procedure. They advised us another doctor may be able to complete it next month. So now our dog is in extreme pain with a cone on his head for the next 10 days and the procedure was pointless. To top it off I’ll have to put him through the same pain next month, which is extremely unfair knowing it’s very well possible that they’ll mess it up again. All on our dime. They shouldn’t have took on the surgery knowing they didn’t know what they were doing. And to add to the butchered job they did to him they also managed to injure his scrotum. Completely careless. I’m not posting this for a resolution from this pitiful business. It’s too late to make anything right. I’m extremely infuriated and hope this helps someone out and prevents any other dogs and owners from going through this pain. I can’t post the pictures because Google flags my review. I’ll be posting this to yelp with pictures. I did some research on Kathleen Whelan. She is local, Mokena area, and she’s worked at a few other local offices. Please be careful with this office and this provider.
May 10 · D KWe took our dog here in June for a spay. While she was there, someone chose to destroy her Herm Sprenger prong collar. It was intentionally squeezed, bent, and pulled apart with some kind of tool (marks are visible on the prongs). SNIP Society said maybe someone had stepped on it... um, no. This would take a lot of effort - these are not easy to bend. The fact that this was handed back to us completely demolished and not "lost" (thrown out) is appalling. Someone was trying to make a point.Regardless of your training methods, you shouldn't destroy someone else's property. I managed a boarding kennel for 9 years and never would have imaged doing something so bizarre. With the help of a great trainer, this collar has been a training tool. Allowing my older parents to take this young, strong dog on the daily walks that she LOVES.This collar had upgraded stainless steel options, making it around $50-60. We had called and emailed a few times speaking with the co-founder, Benjamin. We were promised a check for a replacement collar. It is now January and we have not received anything.
