March 10 · Elizabeth PhillipsI have taken my animals here for the last couple of years. Was never super impressed but gave them more chances. Spent tons of money making sure my pets got well if they were sick and did their regular check ups. They never call to check up the animals and just send you reminders for vaccines not knowing if they even lived. I had a kitten that was overdosed on deworming/ parasite medication. They told me on day 5 to bring her back in but they were going to charge me $112 at minimum. I had spent over $200 just a few days prior. They told me i would still be charged an exam fee to bring her back. They never seemed compassionate or tried to help at all unless i brought her back and spent more money. Then proceeded to email me telling me she was due for vaccination’s after she died. I called to get her off the list and not even so much as an apology for her dying. Just not a place I would take my animals going forward.
August 13 · Heidi EvansAMIMALS KNOW - My animals are like family members. Dogs in particular will give you feedback about how they feel about their vet. My girls are always so happy when going to Brenham Veterinary Hospital. The staff are warm, supportive, and highly skilled. The prices are fair which helps me as I have three dogs. I have worked with BVH through surgery and simple health maintenance for over a year. I highly recommend them. When we can, we try to see Dr. Panko as I believe consistency helps my girls feel more comfortable, but I have worked with three out of the four doctors on staff and all have been wonderful. Finally, this practice is owned by the senior vet, and that speaks volumes regarding accountability and loving what you do. That spirit of dedication and caring is reflected throughout all of the employees.
December 14 · Lisa ReynoldsI had a sick kitty on a Sunday. They were willing to see him in 30 minutes! Such lovely Staff and a very kind and compassionate Dr. Thank you!
July 07 · Jodi Moore-LoersFirst time taking our new kitten here. we took in a kitten that had a tail injury and wanted to see what was wrong with the tail and how bad it is. Another clinic in town did not even want to help the cat they gave us ointment and sent us on our way did not even want to look at the tail or clean the wound. which led us to coming to this place which thank god because the tail ended up being worst than we thought and this place was super thorough and cleaned the wound and gave us all kinds of medicine to help the tail. Will 100% bring our animals back here for anything needed.
