★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I will not be going back. I got a phone call Monday morning (08/18/2025) saying I'd missed my appointment and that I will be charged $50 the next time I come in, so not to be surprised. I was thrown off guard with this since I had, clearly forgotten, and I had a screaming baby at the moment. The appointment was for 1045. She called at 1055. She did not even ask if I wanted to reschedule or anything. Which I would not have done since they are clearly grabbing money wherever they can get it.Two weeks prior too, I had brought my other dog in for just shots. They said I'd be in and out, quick. It was anything but. The appointment was for 11. I got there 5 minutes till. There were 2 other people with their pets in front of me. They got in and out, while I still waited in the lobby after they left and I was the only other person there. Eventually they verified that I was just there for shots. Finally bringing us back to a room. This was almost 40 minutes after my appointment time. They did not look at my dogs record in any fashion since she needed to have a steroid and antihistamine before having said shots. After we waited for those to work and then got shots, we were ready to go. Except the checkout desk lady was on a phone call. I waited there another 15 minutes for her to finish her conversation. Mind you, there was another lady that tended to a man that walked in, after I'd been waiting, to get dog food, ask about his dogs ears, what to do about it, along with make an appointment. All before I could get checked out. It took, roughly, 90 minutes to do only shots. I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave.I really liked this doc and the med staff, thats why I gave 2 stars, but the front desk ladies are less then pleasant, to say it nicely. I will not be going back, nor will I be paying them anymore money. I would have liked to have given a positive review but it is hard to when they treat their patients like this.
August 21 · Carlye TrowbridgeWe love this vet so much. Very reasonable pricing, kind and down to earth. Our experience taking our dogs there for everyday needs has been wonderful, and our experience with having to put one of them down was very good as well. We appreciate how small this vet is, how homey and kind they are. They really feel like family and they care for you and your pets.
November 12 · Nikki TolsonAbsolutely outstanding vet! Office, establishment, staff & Dr. Brooks are all a standard every pet owner wants! Highly recommend them for those looking for trusted, quality care for their pet
March 21 · Miranda Richardson30 plus years later I wish I could have another 30. So kind and helpful I can't say enough about the whole Practice.
May 04 · Phillip HurlburtI took my kitty there yesterday. I came home from a trip and found that she was severly dehydrated, anemic, and hadn't been eating. Dr. said she had a parasite causing the problem but was curable with antibiotics. I left her there and within just a few hours she was dead. They had given meds and antibiotics to my kitty which killed her. I looked up her condition and found that it has a high cure rate. I learned that she should have been given a blood transfusion and fluids first to make her strong enough to accept the meds. The anemia was the main issue, not the parasites. Why didn't the vet know how to deal with this when all it took me was a quick and simple google search. Looking back it's just common sense. My beautiful companion is dead and I can't even begin to express how horribly sad I am and regretful that I took her here instead of to the pet hospital.
