Burlington Veterinary Center Reviews
We unexpectedly lost our dog a few weeks ago and the level of compassion the entire team showed was unparalleled. The entire process was clearly designed to help us as we were grieving and it was clear that the entire staff loves animals. When they came to help us get him from the car to the clinic they were even petting him. Then we got a letter offering condolences 3 days later and after we received his ashes and paw prints, we got an unexpected plaque with his name and birth/death dates. While we aren’t quite ready to bring another dog into our family just yet, I won’t go anywhere else when we do.
Apr 03, 2025 · Adam WarrenSave your time and effort. They are not accepting new patients. The website and marketing materials all look great, including their app except the fact they aren’t taking new patients. I submitted an online form and requested medical records to be sent from our vet in Ohio to Burlington Vet as all indications were leading toward accepting new patients. After no response to my form or email, I sent a text. Jordan called the next day and left a voicemail acknowledging our request for a wellness exam and requesting a call back asap. My wife called within minutes. The lady who answered the phone had her repeat all of our information because their online portal doesn’t sync up with their office system. After 10 minutes of providing information already submitted through the online portal (including the need for one of our dogs to get his annual shots in July, she offered an appointment a year out. Maybe a better option would be to indicate up front the practice is not accepting new patients instead of wasting time and resources pretending you are. No one needs a vet next year if they’re calling now.
