While City Paws maintains an office at 3040 Riverside Dr #115a, Columbus, OH 43221, USA, its primary and most distinguishing feature regarding location and accessibility is its provision of in-home veterinary services. This means that for pet owners in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas, the clinic's "location" is essentially your home, making veterinary care incredibly convenient and stress-free.
The traditional challenges of taking a pet to a brick-and-mortar clinic – such as difficult transportation for large or anxious animals, the stress of carriers for cats, exposure to other sick animals, or simply fitting appointments into a busy schedule – are virtually eliminated. For residents of Columbus, the clinic comes to you, offering unparalleled accessibility. This is particularly beneficial for:
- Anxious or Shy Pets: Animals like Henry, the cat who "freaks out if he sees a carrier," benefit immensely from being examined in their familiar home environment.
- Multi-Pet Households: Scheduling appointments for several pets becomes much simpler when the vet visits your home.
- Senior or Immobile Pets: Transporting older or mobility-challenged animals can be difficult and painful; in-home care ensures they receive necessary attention without discomfort.

- Sensitive Situations: Providing end-of-life care in the comfort and privacy of a pet's own home offers invaluable peace and dignity.
While the physical address serves as an administrative and possibly a base for equipment and supplies, the true accessibility of City Paws is defined by its mobile service, bringing expert veterinary care directly to your doorstep across Columbus, Ohio.

City Paws Reviews
Dr. Molly and all the staff at City Paws are fantastic. We started using in-home vet service when we rescued our cat Henry who is shy, easily stressed, and absolutely freaks out if he sees a carrier. After lots of research I decided to hire City Paws and have no regrets! We've enjoyed the vet care so much that we moved our dog from his vet to in-home with Dr. Molly. I didn't even realize how convenient in-home veterinary care is and the cost of care is very comparable to brick and mortar vet care.If you Choose to go with City Paws Home Health, you will not be disappointed
Jul 12, 2020 · Melanie EllsweigWe just had to put our Lab of 13 yrs down. Dr Molly and Katie were wonderful. They were so caring And compassionate and showed it in their interactions with our baby. Thank you all for doing what you do. God bless.
Aug 30, 2024 · Maggie MeyersWe are so thankful we found City Paws! Dr. Molly and Katie are amazing with our very anxious kitty (and our other not so anxious kitty!) The at home visits take a ton of stress off of us and they have helped us manage our cats anxiety in ways other vets have not. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
Aug 06, 2024 · Hannah YankaskyDr. Molly and the rest of her staff are absolutely wonderful! A neighbor of mine referred me and told me about how they do in-home visits and had been wanting to try it for some time. I have a tuxedo cat (11 going on 12 this summer), and we recently rescued a kitty somewhere around the ages of 1-3. My 11-year old is always SO stressed out going to the vet and puts up a very big fight to go in her carrier. As she gets older I want to limit the stress so thought I would try the in home visits. Dr. Molly came over with her assistant and were able to do a wellness check where my kitty was laying to make it as comfortable as possible for her. In a few minutes she was done and onto our newest rescue kitty. Our rescue has had some allergy problems the last few weeks (itching around his neck and face) so we had Dr. Molly back out and after ruling out fleas, mites, etc. Dr. Molly was able to do some tests here in the comfort of our home and treat him. The staff has been wonderfully accommodating to communicate over email to help rule out additional possible allergies he may have and I can't say how much this means to a cat mom that just wants her kitties to be happy and healthy! I am so happy I found Dr. Molly and the team and highly recommend her to anyone that has elder pets, pets that get very stressed from visits to the vet, or is considering trying it! It has been one of the best decisions i've made for my babies. THANK YOU DR. MOLLY & TEAM!
Apr 14, 2020 · Kimberly SmithDr. Molly is nice and friendly, but I will say she dismissed my mom’s concerns about our dog on numerous occasions. She came to our house and performed a wellness check on my mom’s dog. My mom pointed out a lump, it was dismissed as a fat cyst. My mom pointed out skin tags, dismissed. I’m just saying she dismissed all of our concerns and gave it an easy answer. My mom’s dog has since passed away due to lymphoma and we constantly wonder if we could have detected it sooner and maybe had more time with her.
