Family PetCare is a facility that is deeply rooted in the principle of treating every client and patient with warmth and respect. A detailed review from a client whose 12-year-old Yorkie underwent surgery speaks volumes about the level of compassionate service provided. The client, who had a previous negative experience at another clinic, was met with a team that went "above and beyond in every way." From the very first phone call with Aracely, who was warm and genuinely compassionate, to the bedside manner of Nurse Monica and the clear explanations from Dr. Morgan, every interaction was professional and kind. This positive experience highlights the clinic's commitment to easing a client's anxiety during a stressful time. The team even advocated for the pet to be kept overnight and provided daily follow-up calls after the surgery, demonstrating an extraordinary level of care and dedication. This type of service transforms a clinic visit into a genuine partnership in a pet's health. While another review expresses a heartbreaking and deeply disappointing experience, citing a lack of communication and the loss of a personal item, the first review showcases the potential for an incredibly positive, professional, and compassionate experience at Family PetCare. The clinic’s commitment to providing comfort and clear communication is evident in the many positive moments described by the first reviewer.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After a terrible experience at an urgent care, I was incredibly stressed and unsure of who I could trust to take care of my 12-year-old Yorkie, Leia. I spent hours researching veterinary clinics and hospitals, reading countless reviews—and I’m so thankful that I landed on Family PetCare. It was truly the best decision I could’ve made. From the very first phone call, Aracely welcomed me with warmth and genuine compassion. She patiently answered all my questions and helped ease the anxiety I had about getting Leia seen in time, especially since my work hours made things complicated. She reassured me, so I went in—and I was met with that same caring spirit in person. As I explained Leia’s symptoms, I became overwhelmed and started to cry. That’s when Stephany quietly stepped away, returned with tissues, and offered comfort without hesitation. Aracely then spoke with the doctors on my behalf, advocating for Leia to be kept overnight due to the urgency of her condition and my early work schedule. Thankfully, the doctors agreed, and I brought Leia in right away.At intake, Nurse Monica greeted us and treated us with incredible professionalism and kindness. Her bedside manner matched the same top-tier care I’d already experienced. Then Dr. Morgan came in, thoroughly examined Leia, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could clearly understand. She was calm, kind, and completely reassuring.Leia stayed overnight and had surgery the next morning. Before I left, Stephany made sure I knew Leia was in good hands and encouraged me to call for updates. True to their word, I received timely calls updating me during and after the surgery. When it came time to bring Leia home, Heather handled her discharge with care and clarity, walking me through the aftercare and medications step-by-step. Since then, I’ve received daily follow-up calls to check on Leia and make sure I have everything I need.I have never experienced this level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care—not just for my dog, but for me as well. Every single person I interacted with—Aracely, Stephany, Nurse Monica, Dr. Morgan, and Heather—went above and beyond in every way.Leia means the world to me, and now I know I have a place I can trust completely with her life. Family PetCare is more than a veterinary clinic—they are a team of real-life angels. I am forever grateful.I recommend this place to anyone who loves their furry family and wants nothing less than the best exceptional care.
June 09 · L CI am heartbroken and deeply disappointed by the experience I had with Family Pet Care, a clinic I trusted for over a decade to care for my beloved pets. Recently, my dog passed away, and while losing her was devastating, the lack of compassion and professionalism from this clinic made the situation so much worse.Throughout my dog’s treatment, I received almost no follow-up communication. I had to be the one constantly reaching out—calling, texting, and emailing—just to get updates on her condition. As a long-term client, I expected better. Instead, it became painfully clear that their priority was not my dog’s well-being but how much they could charge me.What broke my heart even more was that they lost my dog’s blanket, the only keepsake I had left of her. This was a personal and irreplaceable item, and their lack of care shows how little they value their clients' emotional connections to their pets.I would not recommend Family Pet Care to anyone who values genuine care for their pets. They’ve shown me that they care more about profit than the lives of the animals they’re entrusted to care for. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for anyone considering this clinic. Our pets are family, and they deserve better than what this clinic provides.
November 19 · Dario MontoyaI haven’t used there services before . Until this past month . When my chewbacca went to sleep. I googled places that could make this transition smoothly , A difficult moment to make as he was suffering with from liver failure . The doctor and personnel were understanding and provided comfort during this difficult time . Didn’t rushed at all , even though it was closing time. Which I truly appreciate it.Today I just received a letter from the mail , which they wrote personally sending condolences. I’m truly taken back.If I would have known of this place before , I would have definitely taken both my dogs here , for there monthly checkups . And vet needs . They have people here that made this process less painful as it was . Thank you so much Family petcare .
February 01 · Alex OWe have taken two of our puppers and they were both treated very well. The Mini Schnuazer's cut was top notch and he literally strutted out of the store! The English Bulldog looked amazing as well and was treated very well. We have an appointment on Saturday for our other Mini Schnauzer and there is no doubt she will be treated well and look amazing. All of the staff we have had the pleasure of dealing with was just as friendly and kind as you could hope for.
June 05 · JimFunkThis was my first time at this vet clinic and they were very awesome, helpful, and caring. My cat has injured his leg and we desperately needed help and advice on what to do. My husband and I were recently in a car accident so our funds were very low. They were able to stay under my budget for the appointment and work with that I had to help out my pet. Even when I thought all hope was lost, due to me not being able to afford certain levels of care, they helped me and worked with me on ways I could help my pet from home. They gave me some meds and now my cat is completely healed with the help of their advice! Everyone I interacted with was very informative and caring. Will definitely go here again.
