★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I could not be happier with our decision to bring our golden retriever puppy to South Boulder Animal Hospital. Everyone we've interacted with has been kind, helpful and informative. Dr. Parks is the absolute best. So grateful.
August 29 · Anne Marie SchafferDr. Anderson changed my dogs life by recommending a vet nutritionist without judgment and his life has drastically improved because of her help. I could truly go on and on about this staff and how amazing they are. For every person complaining about new staff or “rude” staff, you tell me that you’d be bright and shiny 24:7 watching sick pets come through. This staff is honest, dedicated and so passionate about the work they do. Thank you SOBO. I am forever grateful to you all!
July 09 · Rachel LI have been bringing my 2 dogs and cat here for years and we’ve been pretty happy. Today I was really disappointed with how I was treated. I had made an appointment for my 19 year old cat to come in for her pain shot which I do every 6 weeks or so. My son was going to bring her in because I was on a trail ride in Longmont. About 30 minutes before the appointment I called to let them know my son was coming in but I would be paying. I explained that I was on a trail ride and would call them back in an hour with my credit card information. I was told absolutely not that I had to pay at the time of services. I explained that I would be calling back within an hour after I finished my ride and would be back at the barn. I was told again absolutely not. When I asked to speak to the office manager I was told she was out on maternity leave and they weren’t sure when she would be back. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk with and was told there is someone but she won’t be back for 5 days. So I had to end my ride early so I could give them my credit card information at the time of the appointment. I have been a loyal client for years and this is how I get treated. I know there have been a lot of changes since the corporate buyout and maybe it’s time to find another veterinary clinic.
August 15 · Kathy RudgeI love taking my pups here, and my pups love coming here! No matter which vet tech or vet we see, you guys always take the best care of Elvis and Sally. Elvis LOVES coming here and seeing all of his friends. Our more introverted dog Sally is a harder sell but everyone is always very patient and loving with her anyways. Thank you for making the vet a place my dogs and I don't mind going at all. I recommend this vet 11/10!
June 13 · Sarah McManusSBAH is an excellent choice! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the office is clean and well maintained. The vet was really kind and gentle when examining my cat and gave me great advice. My kitty is feeling much better and I plan to use SBAH for my future vet needs.
