★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been going to Pet Menders since I got my first cat in 1998. Several cats later, I am still a very satisfied customer. Treatment is affordable, compassionate and thorough. I also appreciate their flexibility to accommodate a same day appointment when unexpected things happen. I have always felt like the Vets and Vet techs have my pet, and my best interest at heart, which I greatly appreciate. It is why I still trust my furry family members to Pet Menders after all these years!
June 16 · Bridge Realty Boulder COAs a veterinarian that works outside traditional practice not having a clinic to utilize when my own dog was sick was pretty upsetting. I was able to have her treated at Pet Menders in Frederick and they took fantastic care of her! Will definitely be recommending them to friends and neighbors!
June 13 · Gail RapportCame here for about three years with my senior German Shepherd (10 years old at the start). Took him in for a check up and the Dr. Russell patronized us with "what do you want me to do?" At this appointment, my dog was approaching 13 years old and I just wanted to know he was doing okay. My dog passed away a few months later.
July 17 · Austin BargmannI can't say enough good about everyone here. One of the things I love is that Dr. Russell does not go overboard with treatment recommendations.....he has always been right on point with his diagnoses and very conservative yet very effective with his treatment. I have been working with Pet Menders for many years and they have always been great and fairly priced.
July 12 · Marianne MartinHorrible office staff and their best doctor left recently. I went there because dr meadows was very sweet and great with my senior cat. When he started having seizures in September I brought him here after taking him to CASE and dr meadows wasn’t available in short notice which I understood so I saw a male doctor who said the seizures where just leg cramps. Glad I trusted my gut and got a second opinion who said to get an mri. I tired to go back here a month or so ago for a check up but wound up in the hospital for a week due to jaundice and forgot to call to cancel. When I went to reschedule the appointment the front desk lady was incredibly rude and tried charging me all these fees as well as force my dying cat to get tons of vaccines to be seen again. She never asked me why I missed the appointment or if I was even okay as I racked up at 27k hospital bill and almost died. Only to find out that dr meadows left (probably because these people are terrible humans). I would rate 0 stars if I could. Horrible people that only want your money
