★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This vet has been AMAZING! I started coming here in January after adopting two kittens, and both of their first exams were free, and we received care packages after our visit! All the staff here have always been very kind, and our visits are very quick. The office is always calm when we come to visit. I recently had to put down my elderly dog, and the staff was extremely considerate and patient during the process. The room was made very comfortable and private, and Dr. Gina offered a lot of options and compassion throughout the process. It’s extremely hard having to put a pet down, but doing it here definitely made it easier as everyone created a calm and compassionate environment for me and my dog. I CANNOT recommend this vet enough, this is by far the most positive experience I’ve had with a veterinary office. I'm extremely grateful to the kindhearted people working at this office.
May 30 · Sam M.The staff members are very professional and kind! Dr. Poplawsky is wonderful and really cares for her patients. Our dog Fen loves going to VCA. Thank you!
May 08 · Tatiana CartyDO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. I’m beyond devastated by what the VCA hospital did to my family. Not long ago I was faced with the reality of having to leave the country permanently due to some extenuating circumstances. I wished to take my cat with me and I notified the VCA staff of the circumstances we were going through. I will not go into the details but they made the process very long and a lot more agonizing and complicated than necessary. We talked back and forth for over a month but ultimately we settled on having her heath certificate appointment exactly nine days from when we were supposed to leave since it needs to be done within 10 days from when they get it back to when we land. They said it would only take two or three days to get back. This was a Monday. On THURSDAY the vet, Dr. Gina, notified me she made a mistake and needed to resend it. THURSDAY. I had my whole life packed up and ready to leave that coming Monday and I had no way of changing my flight because it was directly tied to the documents I would be using to exit the country. I was assured on Friday that it would be there on Monday at 10 at the latest (my flight was at 4 but we would have to get to the airport at 12 at the latest). No word from them on Monday. We go to the office, they say it’s on its way there but refuse to give us the tracking number, we push and push for the tracking number until they give it to us. Come to find out the package is still in New York and will not be here. My mother had to stay behind to at the very least rehome my cat. I literally had to rehome my cat.VCA - do not bother responding, I am not interested in anything you have to say. I lost my cat because of you. I am only posting this to warn future customers.
July 30 · Samantha SarmientoThe staff at VCA is unmatched. They are always kind and courteous, even with anxious pet owners like myself. I am so grateful they took care of my dog Jack until the very end. I cannot say one bad thing about this clinic. All my future pets will definitely come to these wonderful professionals for care. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
September 02 · Nikki KhanI love the VCA. I’ve had nothing but great experiences bringing my dog to them. This is especially true for VCA Centennial. They’ve been very friendly and helpful and supportive as I’ve continued to need extra care for my senior dog.
