Apr 09, 2025 · Sarah EdmondsI have been a customer of Banfield pet clinic in Stafford and at first I was very happy with the service but for one time that I had a accident and was in the hospital they no longer want me to drop off my pet. And employee at the front desk name Billie or Billy is so racist. Her racism is very transparent that as soon as I get inside the store I can see her face expression when she looks down on me. Racism should not be tolerated. No one has the right to belittle you or anyone. I can't wait for my contact to end . I am definitely never coming back here again.
Apr 11, 2025 · Bertha PintoI would never bring my pets here!! They don’t care!I brought in my cat for her first appointment there maybe a few weeks ago just to be rushed out by the receptionist & to not be given ALL of our medications I paid for. I live far away so by the time I dropped my cat at home and came back it was more than an hour after she left her appointment & the nurse was giggling saying how “you must’ve forgotten her medicine” whenever she was the one rushing me and not actually giving me everything my cat needs. She was rushing me out so fast she had forgotten to give me my most important medication I needed. The receptionist did not explain how to use the medicines at all & since she was in such a big rush she also gave us the wrong hills I’d food bag, she gave us a dog one trying to get us out of there fast and I had to get my girlfriend to go replace the bag before we left because she was very unhelpful and had a little attitude to her. I tried to brush it off as her having a bad day..Later on I scheduled an appointment for a follow up which I then later realized I needed to reschedule to a different day so I called them to reschedule and everything seemed fine until I realized she never rescheduled me (this is the same receptionist the whole time by the way) so I called back to again reschedule and AGAIN she doesn’t end up actually rescheduling me. So I called again the next day and ask her to finally reschedule me and she giggles at me like she just must’ve been forgetting to submit the reschedule ? Which is weird to me because you would think they be very organized and professional when rescheduling appointments. Then I received a text the day of my cats ORIGINAL appointment saying she missed her appointment so at this point I am upset because of the unprofessionalism and I wasn’t aware if there would be a missed appointment fee or not. I call for the forth and final time to get her rescheduled and the same receptionist picks up the phone and laughs and says she FINALLY have gotten her rescheduled to two days later after 4 phone calls!! I was relieved that she finally rescheduled me , I should’ve realized if it took this much reminding I shouldn’t even be going there but I was hopeful for my cat..The day of the appointment (today April 17 at 8:45) I come in early, mind you I live 30min/an hour away . & as soon as I say my cats name for her appointment they tell me that they cant take her because instead of seeing a nurse she’ll need to see a doctor & that they’ve been calling me and waiting for a response with this information . Which I was baffled by because I haven’t received ANY calls from Banfield at all, I’ve been the one calling them for everything .They could've let me know about needing a doctor appointment on ANY of those numerous call but they did not. & they did not even bother reaching out to me to let me know about the nurse to doctor change. Didn't leave any calls or voicemails. I'm very disappointed & the receptionist there are very bad (well one of them). I wouldn't recommend ever coming here, it doesn't even seem like they care enough.I told them I will not be coming back and that I’m taking her to St.Francis Pet Hospital which i highly recommend!!! Very friendly & HELPFUL staff:) worth the money!
Apr 17, 2025 · Kay JamesGreat place! Charlie loves it! They take care of your pet and keep you posted every step of the way!
Jan 26, 2025 · Jean-Christophe ChartierThey had good customer service when speaking with an employee. However, they are extremely hard to get ahold of by phone. Also, when I did drop off my dog for his annual checkup they did not have one of the shots that he needed. Most businesses give you a call when they run out of supply before you show up at your appointment.
