Dec 04, 2022 · Rita FI took my dog to see Dr. Mansfield on 12/6/2024 because her left eye had a discharge, and she was pawing at it. Dr. Mansfield performed an eye exam and prescribed an antibiotic eye drop. I gave the eye drops as prescribed, and they did nothing. After a few weeks of her eye not getting any better, I contacted the breeder who told me the issue sounded like eyelid entropion (inverted eyelid that rubs on eye). I then examined my dog’s eye myself, and quickly realized she had eyelid entropion as it was very obvious.I then took my dog back to Dr. Mansfield on 1/2/2025. He performed another eye exam and diagnosed my dog with an ulcer on her cornea and eyelid entropion. My dog suffered a painful ulcer on her eye and had to have 3 staples driven through her eyelid due to Dr. Mansfield’s failure to diagnose eyelid entropion in early December. I don’t know how any real vet could miss this diagnosis when presented with a dog that has an eye problem! When I expressed my frustration, I was rushed out of the office and handed a $300 bill. I don’t care about the money, but I am very upset that my dog is now suffering due to this vet’s negligence. This vet is simply here to collect easy money, and he does not care about your pet’s well-being. TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE IF THEY HAVE A PROBLEM.
Jan 06, 2025 · Gary LeadbitterI couldn't be happier with our puppy's first visit with the Lawrenceville Veterinary Clinic. The veterinarian and vet assistant were great with our dog and expressed empathy when communicating his diagnosis. They were clear, informative, and respectful. I am happy to come back for his next round of vaccines. Our puppy is in great care here.
Nov 10, 2022 · A SGreat staff. Very caring, friendly, and informative. The facilty is clean and well equipped. Dr. Mansfield explained to us about a lump from our dog's jaw. He did surgery to remove it. The office also has convenient parking right in front. The staff is also great with communications.👍
