★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a great experience with Northwest Spay & Neuter Center. The staff was incredibly kind, efficient, and clearly experienced with animals. From check-in to pick-up, everything was well-organized and smooth. They took the time to answer my questions and gave clear aftercare instructions. My pet was in good hands, and the recovery was quick and without complications. I'm grateful for the quality care they provide at such an affordable cost. My cat is happy. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner looking for reliable and compassionate service.
June 04 · Dina BorisyukI was looking for a clinic to castrate a 7-month-old cat and my neighbor recommended this place to me. You can only sign up for the procedure through the website at night, places are taken quickly. I received detailed instructions in the mail all the time, so there were no problems with the procedure and the cat's recovery after the surgery. When the cat was discharged, they injected the painkiller and he slept for a while, which gave more time for recovery and healing of the wound. The green mark on my stomach also healed very quickly. The clinic staff is busy, although they remain kind to animals and friendly to people. I liked it and would bring my cat here if necessary. After 3 months the cat is healthy, happy and there is no smell in the apartment, so we are also satisfied.
February 01 · NataAfter weeks of searching for an appt everyday at midnight, one day I checked in morning and there were a lot of appts dropped at once! So if you’re having a hard time, don’t lose hope or get upset, these people work day and night for our community to ensure every dog and cat gets proper attentive care. My kitty is only 3 months old and I’ve become extremely attached to him and had a lot of anxiety about leaving him there overnight.. But I knew he needed his vaccines and to get fixed which they did at his one surgery appt. The front desk was extremely nice and thorough at check in. I would recommend getting there a little earlier then your pick up or drop off time just to ensure you get a parking spot. Pickup was faster then drop off and they do have you come in based on the order of texts they receive first. Again thank you so much to the staff and volunteers here and everything they do for our community. Be patient they are doing their best!! For the prices of their services they are going to be busy but it’s worth the hassle you may endure in getting an appt.
June 25 · Madison LentThe people who work here are amazing!!They truly love the work they do and helping people take the best care they can of their pets. I am low income and can't afford full vet cost of neutering my cat. They helped me get my boy fixed at a cost I can afford. And they took such good care of him. They do great work here!!!
August 05 · Jessica Smith-TranHad to go online for a month at midnight to get a spot 3 weeks later for one of my pets. Pay a $45. Online deposit(so they can access your account for full price at the end). Then get turned away because my dog will bit when he gets defensive (which I told them this upfront). They gave us another appt. 3 weeks out and medication (which I told them will not help in the way they think it will). I'll let you know how that goes in 3 weeks. The staff however are pretty fantastic great personality and communication just be prepared to wait. It is a good but timely process. And do not come early or late parking is minimal
