I have called SEVERAL TIMES starting before Christmas and even had my sister call to make an appointment or even talk to someone there and no one answers so it tells you to leave a message, so I leave a message and so did my sister and have not to this day have not received a call back. Literally all I wanted to do is make an appointment for them to check my dog out that has been there before!!! Never ever had such bad experience in my life
