After an emergency with my cat and being referred to cpvets I am so glad I came here. The ladies there went above and beyond to make sure I was okay given the circumstances, they explained everything and also confirmed with me before making any moves. My cat was staying overnight and from the gate it was going to be miracle if she survived but when I had to leave her there I knew she was in good hands and as soon as she took a turn for the worst they called me immediately to confirm what I wanted for my cat at the end of life. Given it being 8pm that same night they still made it possible for me and my kids to come down after my cat had passed and visit with her and bring her home. They expressed their condolences and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. A few days later I received a hand written card in the mail further expressing their condolences. Such a good place and they do care about your animals! - Kay Parks
