★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Extremely rude and insensitive people. My baby girl who was 16 years old suddenly collapsed and had a seizure, I panicked and tried mouth to mouth/cpr and then rushed over to the hospital. She was still alive but barely moving at this time in the car. It was already very scary and traumatizing as I held her body and begged her not to go. She had been healthy and never had done this before. We got to the hospital and I was very urgent and crying for help and the lady at the front had no sense of urgency. She kept asking me what was going on and to fill out paperwork while my girl was limp in my arms now and I begged someone to please just take my dog and I didn’t know. I then tried my best to explain but I was hyperventilating and confused too, it took awhile before a vet came and allowed me to pass her Trixy over the counter. Meanwhile there’s all people watching in the lobby. The vet immediately announced that she had passed away and I fell onto the counter and sobbed. After more time the same insensitive lady said I could come through the door to the rooms. I sat and waited and another vet came and told me she was again confirmed passed. I asked her what happened and she asked me back in an accusatory tone. “I should be asking YOU that” and I told her I didn’t know, I told her my baby collapsed. She then suggested it was a heart attack. I asked to hold my girl for a little bit so someone went to go retrieve her. In my time crying and grieving, I had people step in about 3-4 times trying to sell the cremation services and making me feel rushed. I was in disbelief of how poor the service was. These people do not care about the babies they see, they care about money. There was no compassion for me or my girl, and I still cannot believe the first receptionist wasted my time trying to have me fill out paperwork as I held my dead dog. I did end up buying the cremation services as I didn’t know where else to go. They charged me for the service AND an office visit. As if she had even been alive to have an “office visit”. That isn’t regular. I’ve been through this with my other baby dog too, and wasn’t charged an office visit when she died elsewhere. Today picking up her ashes was extremely hard and I was met with the same attitudes. The lady giving me her ashes was crass and cold. I watched her set the ashes down roughly before bringing me paperwork to sign. She then grabbed a folder for someone else and started calling for them then said to me “you’ll get your ashes right now”. I finally got them after some wait again, and went back to my car sobbing again. I held off on this review despite how heartbroken I already was the first experience because I read another review that was posted before someone got their ashes and apparently the hospital withheld the ashes due to their review. I didn’t want that experience and I believe that 100% seeing the lack of empathy these people have. RIP my Trixy girl. I hope you are not robbed of kindness as you were in the end.
June 19 · Sienna GuerreroI brought in my cat Sophia and the doctors were very gentle with her even though she is a brat and naughty cat. Dr Sarah was very patient with me and answered all my questions. All the doctors were nice. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. I would recommend this place to my friends and family
August 27 · Erica AldasBeen taking both my dogs and had no complaints. They have been helped numerous times and well treated. The price in comparison to other places is fair. They also provide other methods of payment to cover their services and can be paid off later (through credits cards / bnpl)
August 28 · Artistic NightsToday's visit was a reminder of why I stopped going to that clinic.I used to be a loyal customer when Dr. Stuart used to be the vet - taking a total of 4 dogs there and even treated my dog for cancer with 2 surgeries and finally having to put him down there as well.Since my dog only required a rabies shot for her license renewal, I decided to take her despite knowing that place, their service, and staff went downhill a long time ago. I was told its a requirement to pay an "exam fee" to get the vaccine and didn't mind however was disappointed and quite frankly confused as to why they don't allow you to go to the room with your pet for what is considered a routine exam. If they are making you pay for an exam, which is essentially weighing them, listening to their heartbeat, doing a visual of their teeth and other non-invasive examinations it should be the pet owners right to be present and have the opportunity to ask questions. Well not at this place. Aside from the stone faced and dismissive interactions with the staff, they proceeded to tell me that the vet "agreed" to speak to me but after the exam and vaccination was completed and after my payment has been processed. Way to make someone feel like a number when they are seeking such trusted and personalized services! When I let the staff member know I changed my mind and if I could please have my dog returned, I am then "allowed" to go to the exam room because the vet wants to talk to me. When she enters the room she proceeds to basically lecture me and tell me that they are a very high volume clinic and they can't tend to my dog as immediately as I would have liked or allowed to enter the room but she was making an exception. Clearly her staff had misinformed her and I explained that I was not requesting to be seen "urgently or immediately" but rather that my request is to be present with my pet during the exam and vaccination since I had questions due to her being an aging dog and it should be my right. Long story short, she, just like the rest of the staff, continued to make me feel like an inconvenience and as if they were bending over backwards making this exception for me when frankly, it should be a basic right. Despite the time lost, I decided to leave and would prefer to not give this place my business. I highly recommend that you consider another clinic for your pet needs. You may pay a little extra elsewhere but trust me, this place is sketchy and the staff, including the vet on staff there clearly do not care about customer service. Take your business elsewhere and if your pet could speak, they would probably tell you the same.
June 04 · Linda CastanedaTook my two fur babies for an allergy shot. Everyone here is so nice and very conscious about the vet fees. I will definitely come back when there is a need.
