WORST customer service ever!!! I spent about two months applying for appointments and they kept cancelling without ANY reason why! I understand that neutering for dogs over 100 pounds have limited appointments available, but to be denied for every appointment that I ever made is ridiculous! My intended goal was to get a wellness exam and neutering for my dog on the same day, but they never accepted any of the appointments simultaneously, and I could not afford to take off work more than one day! Thankfully, I have asked them today to delete my account and so far it’s the best customer service I’ve ever received from them! Truthfully, I’d rate this establishment at ZERO! - Chelse Brooks
