★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly disappointed. I called in reference to boarding my dog. Rep stated that I would need to come in and order to see the dog to make sure that they are able to handle the dog as well as making sure they shots for up-to-date. I stated to them that I already have a veterinarian that I take my Pet to and that he had his shot. The lady said OK will bring a shot record in. I get to the location. She looks at my shot and says They need two influenza shot series in order to board. I drove 30 minutes to get to this location for this appointment. She could’ve stated that that needs to be done over the phone. I could’ve said I didn’t have it over the phone and made a decision before driving 30 minutes to this location just for me to leave right back out the door cause I’m not putting any additional vaccines in my dog that is not required by law or that is needed for a basicThen when I spoke with rep that booked appointment her response was oh well!!They let you know how they feel about by how they treat you!!!!
July 25 · T SandersI was a long time customer of Stockbridge vet hospital, over 20 years and couldn’t believe how our relationship ended. Our pups don’t live as long as we do, it’s never long enough, Olivia was an amazing girl and had been treated at this vet her whole life. She was in her final days and on cancer watch with this vet knowing we would be calling when it was time for her to go. I got the call from my daughter who was in tears because the front desk at Stockbridge vet had told her that we would have to make an appointment for next week to finally give her relief from the cancer and let her pass. They knew she was on cancer watch and that we would be calling. The front of the house is so poorly ran, the older woman on the desk is crase, mean and rude however I put up with her for 20 years of crud because I loved the vet that was there before he retired and turned the business over to his son. They hurt my daughter badly with the call to bring Olivia in on her last day with us. We had to take her to a strange vet to see Olivia get the peace she deserved. When I went in I found out it’s was the vet’s son on the desk who said that to my daughter. Naturally the old mean woman on the front desk doubled down on her rudeness and meanness to come after me, I got my dogs records and left. I have found a vet hospital that are understanding and kind to both animals and the humans. Bottom line the office is poorly ran and have no compassion for its patients or humans for your animals sake and your sanity find another place to take care of them you will be much happier and this is from a former long time client and dog owner, thank you
May 22 · Theresa StoneI'm not sure who they have answering the phone but I JUST talked to the most aggressive and RUDE receptionist that I have ever met in this type of setting. Not only was she rude and unwelcoming, she tried to speak over me and basically hung up on me.Background:I've lived in Stockbridge for 20 years. When my senior dog got sick, the vet helped me make the painful decision to send him home with his older brothers. I called them back today because I remembered how kind and compassionate they were back then. This one star is in no way in relation to the doctors or care but for the person answering the phone today. I hope she is trained to become more hospitable to those calling.
July 08 · Tem MorganBest veterinary hospital in the south side of Atlanta. They always take care of my boy Charlie.
May 13 · Duy NguyenI called with an emergency with my dog, and every place I’ve tried would not take me as a walk in. The lady at the front desk ask what was going on with my baby and when I could come in. I told her within 15 minutes, and when I came in they took me into a room right away. The doctor/owner was so kind and answer all my question regarding my emergency. He throughly examine my dog and was gentle/patient with him. It turned out I was just being overly cautious and my baby ended up being ok just experiencing some allergies. I just really appreciate that they took my emergency seriously and was able to take me in so last minute. Everyone was super nice and would recommend people to come here for all your babies needs.
