August 13 · Samuel KellyThey are dredful! Manager said I could use coupon and bring my Frenchie in first thing when they are not busy to use coupon for the vet visit. No one there but me, and they said they needed an appointment as they were busy. So, I waited for 30 minutes to see. No one ever came in. Sad they can't honor their own coupons! Never going back to petsmart again!

August 27 · Kaori ColeTruly horrible experience. We’ve been Banfield OWP members for 10 years but recently moved from Fort Worth to GA. Because of the wellness plan, we sought out the closest Banfield, which is not close to where we live. I should’ve realized there was an issue when I spent a day calling to try and make an appt and either it rang and rang or if they answered, I was put on hold forever (hung up two different times after 20 minutes). Needed flight health certificate and got an appt only to show up and be told there was no one there to do it (you couldn’t have called before we drove 45 minutes??). Went back next day for 11am appt and they tried to have us leave her…husband refused. So they looked her over and told him the cert took a long time to complete but should be ready “around 6p”. So he left and I went back after work (5:30). At 7:05p (they close at 7) they gave me the certificate. There is absolutely no way I’d leave my dog there. My assumption is that they are terribly understaffed, which isn’t the fault of the employees, but does make me wonder about the care they’re able to offer. I non-renewed my wellness plan and will find a local vet.
May 12 · Kristi WilliamsDO NOT GO!! Tried to force me into all these extra vaccines that my puppy didn’t need because he already had them from another vet and certified breeder. Got an attitude when I kept declining then took him back for his shot and he screamed the loudest I’ve ever heard him during the shot. Mind you I’ve been there for every other shot and he’s never made a peep. The vet tech was rude and so was the doctor. Doctor declined to speak with me because I wouldn’t get the extra shots. They had a problem because I called to consult with my best friend and her mom who are highly recommended breeders. Didn’t do an actual exam on my puppy. Front desk associate was just as rude.
