Just started bringing my fur babies here and our experience has been wonderful. I’ve been trying to find a good vet that I could stick with on this side of town and I think I’ve found it! The warm aesthetic of the hospital makes it feel less sterile and “scary” for my pets and the staff was more than happy to give me a tour of the facility my first time there. I liked that my dog and I could walk to the back area together so I could put her at ease about being at the vet. She also got plenty of treats which was a big help. All the staff was very friendly and helpful to both of us. Dr. Deking sat right on the floor with my dog and was very thorough and gentle during all our examinations. She explained in detail what our options for treatment were and patiently answered all the questions I had. I left the appointment feeling like everyone genuinely cares versus just doing their job and sending us on our way. When my dog needed surgery, I received plenty of updates which put my mind at ease that she was in good hands. The prices for care were also better than what I’ve experienced at other hospitals. I’m very happy to have found Petfolk and would follow Dr. Deking anywhere!

This place is fantastic! We were seen within an hour, and Dr. DeKing was incredibly friendly and personable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and offered thoughtful recommendations for next steps. The facility itself was spotless and inviting, which helped create a calm atmosphere—not just for us, but for our dog as well. He’s usually anxious at the vet, but he seemed surprisingly at ease here. We’ll definitely be returning to Petfolk in the future!
