- The staff here are very friendly, and their customer service is fairly good; however, they seem to prioritize money over the animals' well-being. My wife and I took our beloved, very ill dog there. He had been diagnosed with a severe autoimmune disease that caused episodes of intense sickness. When we took him, the vet said blood work required hospitalization, which seemed like a money grab, considering we'd gotten blood work done at other vets without admission. Our dog had already had extensive blood work at a previous vet, who also diagnosed the autoimmune disease. Even after showing this vet the blood work and diagnosis, they still insisted on hospitalization for the same tests. Since we couldn't admit our dog due to personal reasons, the vet said there was nothing they could do and recommended euthanasia. We felt hopeless and sad and believe they could have done more if they cared more about him than money. February 06 · The Googler

- It wasn’t the best experience. I took my cat in, as she had been sick all night. They took her back and about 20 minutes later, they took me to a room. The vet came in and, with no sympathy at all, very directly said Kittty-Kitty had liver disease and it would cost a lot of money to keep her in the hospital with all the tests they would need to do only for her to end up on a feeding tube and what would I like to do. I felt as though she was implying that I couldn’t afford to take care of my pet properly, so I may as well put her down. It was a sudden, unexpected event and suddenly I had 30 seconds to make a decision. No compassion. It was already added trauma, since her other dad passed away only a few months before. There was no friendliness or care in any of the staff. I’ve gone to the “other” emergency animal hospital in town and they always treated me and our pets with concern, care and provided solutions and comfort. Maybe I dressed wrong that day and they assumed I couldn’t take care of her. Right from the start, though, I felt judged. Never again. January 16 · Edward Kirchoff
- I had to put my cat down and they were very polite, and understanding. Hopefully I don't have to go back any time soon. But they are good people. November 28 · Angel Tears
