★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been with this clinic for well over 20 years. And I have NEVER had a complaint until now.I called the clinic a few days ago to make an appointment for a sick cat. I called first thing in the morning and I was told “bring him in as soon as possible” as we were thinking he possibly had a urethral obstruction (which is an EMERGENCY). I left work and brought him to the clinic as soon as I could and arrived around 0930. We were taken to an exam room fairly quickly and waited.About 15 minutes later, I was told, and I quote; “he’ll just have to be a drop off because we’re not sure when the vet will get around to seeing him; maybe this afternoon.” I asked about the vet at least taking a quick look to make sure it is not an obstruction before he sits in a kennel for half a day and I was told she is just “really busy.” I told the office girl that I needed to call my husband quick before we decide what to do and she states; “Ok, can you use the phone in the waiting area because I need to put somebody in here.” He was never even glanced at by a vet to at least determine if it was indeed an emergency situation; had a vet spent 10 seconds to glance at him quick, I would’ve been more than happy to leave him there to be evaluated at a later time. Everybody is busy, I get it; but triage is a must if you have a potential emergency come in and that is an area that is heavily lacked in this clinic. I loaded up my cat, walked out and took him elsewhere. This clinic is great for routine visits, vaccinations, etc. Obviously not for emergencies. As a long-time customer, I am sad to say I will not be back.
August 23 · Theresa RonkVisited them lots of times with our puppy. Here's my gripes.- I asked if they tattoo female dogs during spays. The exact conversation went "do you tattoo her?" "No, only strays." "Good because I don't want her tattooed." Brought home a tattooed dog.- Brought her in 4 (?) times for itching & licking. Both vets refused to consider allergies, even with her being an allergy-prone breed and this being typical allergy presentation. Went to another vet who saw the records & couldn't understand. My dog is now itch free because she's on allergy meds.- The prices are excessive. $8 for a syringe that we need to administer the meds, in addition to the price of the meds. $50 to even get in the door. Paid $300 for her to view one lab specimen and prescribe antifungals & a shampoo. And then she wanted us back in 9 days. I just can't do it at that rate, especially considering nothing had been resolved with the first 3 visits.Rooms weren't very clean. Staff kept letting themselves into our room just to pet our puppy. Had a weird encounter with a staff members ~8 year old kid doing the same thing.Everyone's plenty nice and I imagine has the right intentions. But after forking over that much money to not have any symptoms resolved, I'm disappointed.

March 01 · OmyI can not say enough wonderful things about this vet clinic. We called around to multiple vets in the area, and Twin Valley was the only one who took us seriously enough to get our dog in immediately. Our 12 year old senior female had the worst case of pyometra that they had ever seen. She also had 2 other issues that we had no idea about it. They got her in, took care of our baby, and returned her to us a completely different dog. She was like a puppy again. We cannot thank Doctor Johanna or the assistants enough.
