★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have had to come in 2 separate time this weekend with my cat, and both times have been exceptional experiences. The first time I went I left at around 1am and was just so grateful for how good the staff had been to me. I ended up coming again a couple of days later and had another fantastic experience. They explained everything to me very thoroughly, and were very understanding and compassionate during the hard time. Both the vet and the tech were just amazing. I’m so grateful to have chosen this clinic to bring my cat to, the staff is just the best.
August 10 · Paige RiggsWe arrived late on a Saturday evening, and the team was able to see us within 30 minutes to check on our post-op pup. From the nurses and techs to Dr. Emily Duane, everyone was absolutely wonderful with Remi. They went out of their way to ensure he was comfortable and happy, and they took the time to answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed. We are so grateful for their care and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
August 16 · Michael SchroederWe went to VCA knowing we probably wouldn't bring our precious dog Mallard home. We did wait for a while, but we were informed of the wait due to a missing staff member that day. To keep our boy comfortable, we stayed in the car, and they called when a room was available. The compassion the staff showed us was more than we could have asked for. We thank you for the time we were allowed to spend with him before and after his last breath was taken. We also received a sympathy card that the staff hand wrote out messages. Thank you for taking care of our boy and us.
July 11 · Ariana TinderI can not say enough good about this VCA! I recently had to last minute put my cat down. The staff member over the phone was very patient and kind from the get go. They are very considerate and had a room ready for me right away so I didn't have to wait in the waiting room with my dying pet. The doctors and staff were all so kind and sympathetic. They made what was a difficult and emotional situation as pleasant as it could be. They made me feel as if my cat was part of their family too. They were thoughtful by having me wait in my vehicle for my coffin rather than in the waiting room. Then to top it all off! They sent me a sympathy card in the mail a week later. What really set it apart was that it wasn't signed at the bottom with the basic "VCA & Staff" but actually signed with heartfelt messages from multiple doctors and staff! Such a wonderful place to have in Janesville!
July 15 · Jennifer GreenWe recently had noticed our dog wasn't himself. We took him to our normal vet where they ran plenty of tests that showed nothing abnormal. The next day he was definitely getting worse and our vet had closed for the weekend. I feel so happy to know I didn't have to go to Madison to help my dog. From the receptionist (who's name I didn't catch sadly), to Cassie the vet tech, to Dr Kristin, we felt like our concerns were heard and that our dog mattered. They gave us options and pricing for them before they did it so I never felt blindsided by price at end of the visit. They apologized for the timeframe of how long the treatment was taking, however, for what needed to be done I felt like they did a great job with being time conscious. All in all, would recommend for anyone needing urgent care for their pet in the Rock County Area.
