Choosing a veterinary clinic is a significant decision for any pet owner, and Veterinary Healthcare Center presents a mixed but detailed picture. What is worth choosing about this hospital is its extensive range of services and its investment in modern medical technology. The ability to perform in-house diagnostics, surgery, and advanced treatments like veterinary laser therapy sets it apart from more basic clinics. The availability of emergency care during business hours and a pet boarding facility also provide valuable convenience for clients. However, it is crucial to address the serious concerns raised in client reviews. Multiple reviews allege a significant disparity between advertised prices and the final bill, particularly for vaccinations. They also mention long waiting times despite having appointments and a lack of clear communication from the staff regarding the services being provided. This indicates a potential disconnect between the clinic's comprehensive offerings and its operational transparency and customer service. For local users in California, it is worth considering that while the hospital is equipped to handle a wide variety of medical needs, it is essential to have a clear and upfront discussion about all services, their necessity, and the associated costs before any procedures are performed. This proactive approach can help manage expectations and ensure that the experience is positive. While the hospital has the potential to provide excellent medical care due to its equipment and range of services, clients should be prepared to be diligent in their communication and to confirm all pricing details to avoid any misunderstandings.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A few days ago, I booked a vaccination appointment for my Chihuahua on Google and saw the price was $25. The nurse showed me the bill, totaling around $275. The doctor didn't mention the vaccinations. They said I was a new customer and needed to pay. I feel so ripped off. I've been misled. I went to a veterinary clinic in a nearby city and only paid $20 for my puppy's vaccinations. I will definitely not be going back to this unscrupulous veterinary clinic! They're an unethical hospital that's only focused on profit over caring for pets.
August 19 · Andy LEEMy goal today was to get my dog vaccinated. I don't know why the doctor didn't vaccinate me because I needed a vaccination report. This is a clear violation of the price increase and is illegal. I booked a vaccination appointment on Google and saw the price was $25. I arrived at my destination at 1:30 this afternoon, but parking was difficult at the doctor's office, so I was a few minutes late. But still waiting about 2hrs this not for an appointment I went to a nearby city veterinary hospital and my puppy only spent $20 on vaccinations. We will never no come back a scam company again !
August 19 · joy LeeBeen coming here for 10+ years. My doggies are always taken care of and the staff are always super supportive and helpful. Even if it’s just a follow or something sad like parvo or a coyote attack on my dogs they have always been able to help.
July 14 · Maria MadrizI love how fast we’re in and out. They make everything simple. The facility is clean and my pet well taken care off. We’re usually in and out in less than 20 minutes. Cody gets his allergy vaccine every 4 weeks . I love the reminders on vaccines. How respectful they are of people’s time.
March 01 · Brenda CruzHad an emergency and VHC took us in same day, my cat had a temp of 104. If I would have had to wait three days he may have died. Everyone was professional and sweet. I have already recommended them to friends.
