★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Why haven’t they fired Angie??! She always has an attitude and people are dealing trying to find the right help for their family members. She said “you know the office is closed between these times the answer isn’t for you to keep calling and calling” like I am panicking over here worried that I am going to have to put my dog down if I can’t afford his surgery and she seems more concerned that I interrupted her down time. I love the doctor and nurse staff but can’t stand Angie she is a complete female dog, actually I think female dogs are nicer than her.
May 14 · LilyDo not bother with this place. I have had dogs for over 13 years and I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional and ridiculous clinic. I tried to get an appointment for two puppies and they canceled the appointments and said they needed to have records 24 hours in advance (which would have been on Sunday, a day they were closed). The puppies are only 4.5 months old and only have vaccination records, which I told them I was going to bring with me to the appointment. At no point in time was this policy ever communicated to me in advance. I spoke with other vets in the area and they agreed that it was ridiculous and unprofessional. Save your time and money— do NOT bother with this place.
February 24 · Andrea KlikaI have been taking my Luna here for now six years I have had a wonderful experience I had her spayed and there is no ugly scar on her and I recently took my new baby to get neutered and once again wonderful job no scarring can be seen Love Love that’s also affordable 😃.
January 30 · Rosa AlvarezI called TWICE to make an appointment for my dog but had a bad experience with the receptionist. I was denied the appointment both times and I said “Sorry to bother, I won’t be calling again” and she said “Perfect, I will eliminate him from our system” i have already made my appointment elsewhere.
February 05 · Vanessa MendozaI love this vet. I've been coming here 3 or 4 years now. I have 4 cats and she's familiar enough with them all that I can touch base with her about any of them, no matter who she's seeing. This morning, my cat was scared in the exam room, and she just scooped him up and held him like a baby until he was calm before she started the exam. That cat is not a fan of strangers and he let her love on him all she wanted. She's definitely good people.Always explains everything fully in easy to understand language. My babies are in such good hands here.
