★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had to take my cat to the Veterinarian this morning without an appointment. They worked us in and I was very pleased. There was a new Vet there for his first week. (15 years as a Vet). He was awesome. I definitely recommend Dr. Chad Tubbs. He was so patient with our cat who was suffering with urinary issues and severe anxiety. The person up front was so polite and dealt great with all of the busyness and multitasking. I am thankful they were able to work us in.
May 10 · Yvette Gentry MooreI would give Dr. Walker and her staff a million stars if I could. I have never been to another vet that cares as much as she does. Dr. Walker gives you information about your pets care in a way that you can understand, she breaks down the costs and tells you what you should expect to pay up front, and she offers alternative affordable treatment options. She truly cares for your pet as if they are her own. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and most importantly, empathetic. The vet techs are extremely gentle with the animals and it is clear they love what they do. When I have seen other vets in her office, they are always well informed with my dogs conditions, and I am happy to see them when Dr. Walker is unavailable. I have been bringing my babies here for many years and would never dream of leaving them in anyone else’s care. Thank you Dr. Walker and staff for all that you do.
March 10 · Montana LewisI always loved this practice but unfortunately, it seems like greed has taken over. I came in to get my new pups shots and what not and was in the middle of changing banks so the majority of my cash was in limbo and wouldn’t be available in 3 days at 2 banks and an entire 7 days for the other account. Well, I had a few hundred dollars to get us through a few days and I went to look at our older dogs shot records and receipt from when she was a puppy 2 years prior and it was $80 so in my head, I was like, I may need to add $40-$50 for inflation so I was expecting to spend around $125 solely going off an old receipt from them.I assumed they were still a customer (dog) driven business & that was where I was wrong.I went to pay for shots and heart worm testing, and the bill was either $260 or $360 😳 I almost fainted. I explained the situation and was mortified.. and VERY confused. The way they treated me, was like I came in there seeking free care and was stupid for assuming I wouldn’t be spending hundreds of dollars there for a routine well check. I immediately went home to see if I had looked at the receipt from 2 years prior, and nope.. it was there black and white .. the EXACT same treatments & shots had increased $200.I guess they raised their prices so we would pay for their remodel. I’ve ran a successful small business for going on 16 years and I have NEVER treated a customer the way they did me, and even gas lit me when I questioned the price increase and acted like I was crazy and the prices were never that low.I live in Atlanta now and what I paid for shots, is what an after hours ER visit is here. I wouldn’t have been so taken aback by the price had they treated me with respect or even attempted to be cordial.- All I witnessed was a hunger for $$$ and absolutely no interest in my pups health at all. Such an unfortunate situation because my prior experiences there, I truly felt like they loved what they did and were committed to their patients.
April 09 · Tara DabbsI do not usually leave bad reviews but after this many bad experiences with this place, people should know. Beware. I'm not going to waste my time explaining everything we went through several months back but today why on Earth is a simple phone call about a nail trim such a hassle? This woman was rude to me bc yes, she initially tried to see about working us in, then said oh he needs his vaccines. I said, he got them at Burnt Hickory - bc thats who his vet was when we adopted him. She became so rude and short and told me then thats where you need to go for a nail trim with a raised voice before hanging up.Kindness and customer service skills severely lacking.
August 11 · DFriendly and courteous. Brought my elder cat in for some emergency grooming. They said she wouldnt win any beauty contests, but that was a fib, she won at least 3, but the odds were stacked in her favor, haha! seriously happy with the experience here, and Ceiya is noticeably happier.
