June 16 · Jaimi GossI took my cat, Mavis, to Winder Animal Hospital because of a suspicious lump on her foot. After tests and other exams, it was determined to be cancer, and the best option for her was amputation. Dr. Rienold and his team were so great through this entire process. She developed an infection at the incision sight, but Dr. Rienold was quick to act and got it under control. He was very attentive and really listened to my concerns. The techs and front office staff are all so kind. They have treated us exceptionally well, even when I asked a thousand questions. 😂 Mavis is now recovered and thriving.I'm so grateful to have gone through this stressful time with the dedicated team at Winder Animal Hospital. ❤️
April 04 · Celeste TvrdikOur family dog Ollie got attacked by a neighborhood pitbull and he was wounded in many spots with heavy bleeding. It was right before close when I arrived to Winder Animal Hospital and they took him in immediately & got him prepped for surgery and had a team stay there until he was ready to be picked up after recovery! Every single employee took the best care of him & had the most comforting smiles, and assured me that he was going to be taken care of. Thank you so much for all that you do! :)
May 19 · Jamie BlankenshipIf you love your pets, bring them here for ALL their needs. The staff consists of all wonderful people to interact with. Dr. Scott Reinold saved my 14 year old cat's life. She was having seizures and passing out. We were given a timely appointment with very little waiting time. Dr. Reinold diagnosed an irregular heartbeat and recommended UGA Training Hospital for immediate care. Maggie (our fur baby) was seen on a Sunday afternoon and had surgery that same evening to implant a pacemaker. Maggie has now had 6 weeks of extended life and continues to thrive. If not for Dr. Reinold's immediate care and referral, the surgeons told us that our Maggie would have died the weekend we brought her in.If this were a military evaluation on Dr. Scott Reinold, I would check the block [PROMOTE NOW] without any hesitation. HE IS THAT GOOD!Thank you for your outstanding care for Maggie. We will be forever in your debt, Dr. Reinold.Sincerely,Philip A. CaterinaCommand Sergeant MajorUnited States Army (Retired)
July 09 · Sonja CaterinaThere were a few emergencies that had come in while we were waiting to be seen & Dr. Lott came in himself to let us know what was going on. I was very impressed that he came in and not one of his techs to let me know. Dr. Lott was very thorough & we talked about all of my concerns about stormy. He explained things very well in terms that we actually understood & not medical terms that no one else understands. The office reached out 5 days later to check on our fur baby & addressed all of my concerns that I had. Very pleased with Dr. Lott and his staff. We will be bringing both of our cats to see him from now on!! ❤️
