★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very bad experience. Dr. Bryan Hendrix is very irresponsible, rude, and incompetent. He makes promises he does not keep, and the clinic does not respond appropriately. I went to get a certificate for my pet, and they did not fulfill what was agreed. I paid a lot of money, and they did nothing. As of today, I still don’t have my certificate. The doctor avoids taking responsibility, and the clinic just tells me to wait. Honestly, do not trust Dr. Hendrix.I have gone for three days, and they have given me no answer. They refuse to give me a refund. I have requested to speak with the managers, and they refuse to let me talk to them. THIS HAS TRULY BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
August 15 · alennys lozadaUPDATED REVIEW at the end. I switched from another veterinarian to the Auburn Animal Hospital because they show more compassion for the animals in their care. The highly trained staff are professional, and I put my trust in them to take care of any issue my dog might have.*** I spoke too soon about the quality of veterinary care. This place is part of a corporation, and therefore, they are highly focused on their profit margin. I visited this place on June 6th for my dog's ear infection. They cleaned his ears and sold me some expensive drops, along with instructions. The drops didn't work at all, in fact my poor dog's ears got worse. I went there today, and was basically charged for the same treatment and they called it an"exam recheck". If they had properly treated my dog to begin with, there wouldn't have been a need to go back 2 weeks later with the same issue. Also, when I was there this time, I noticed that the floors in the lobby and the waiting rooms were dirty. It's like they just stopped caring!! A word of advice, get them to tell you UPFRONT what your bill will be before they do any services. I should have done that.
June 21 · Eve GreinerWe’ve been bringing our pack here for over 6 years, and they are amazing. The staff here is absolutely incredible. Rachel (one of the technicians) is super compassionate and goes out of her way to make the animals calm and comfortable. Everyone here cares so much for the animals, there’s no other place I’d bring any of mine to. Dr. S recently was there for us in a big way for some sad circumstances, and our gratitude can never be fully expressed. I’d recommend these amazing people!!!!
April 17 · Matthew MacArthurI’m truly taking the time to write this because I have not received any response from Dr. Hendrix or the clinic.I have been requesting to speak with Dr. Hendrix for two consecutive days, and he would not face me. Today I went to speak with him because I paid for a certificate for my pet and I still haven’t received it. The doctor, in a very disrespectful and rude manner, told me it wasn’t his fault and that it wasn’t his problem. The clinic has not responded in the best way (I requested a refund) because they did not fulfill the certificate. They don’t want to return my money, and they also won’t give me the certificate. The doctor was very incompetent when speaking with me. I tried to speak with the managers, but they wouldn’t assist me.DO NOT TRUST DR. HENDRIX OR THE CLINIC. WHEN IT COMES TO SPEAKING OR REQUESTING SOMETHING, THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND LEAVE YOU WAITING. TRULY A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
August 15 · falcon cI really like this vet office! We have had excellent vet care and personal experiences with all of our pets here. The vets are experienced, smart, kind. The vet techs are even better! Especially Rachel! All procedures are explained well and costs are considered with treatments. I feel they have really listened to me and want to help my animals. I’ve had to have Bear emergency “sick” visits with my dogs and was able to get those appointments. The staff have even called to check in the pets at home. I highly recommend this vet office.
