★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have used Banfield in Cumming, Ga. for years but recently moved. I was a bit concerned about the change, but that worry was unwarranted. The Vet and Staff at the Bethlehem, Georgia location are wonderful and they treated my fur baby with great care. I'm very pleased with their services as well as their Optimum Wellness Plans. Those plans make giving my baby the best care at more affordable prices. I would highly recommend both!
May 20 · Julie SorrowUPDATE: I have increased my review after my cat was seen by Dr. Budzileni! She is an actual angel on earth, and i’m so grateful that my cat gets to receive the care he deserves in her hands!!! I can’t even express my gratitude for her work. She is kind, compassionate, skilled, and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking care of my Moon!Previous Review:I’ve been bringing all three of my pets to this Banfield location and have always had positive experiences with Dr. Budzileni and Dr. Fendley — they’ve been fantastic and truly care for the animals they see. Unfortunately, that was not the case with Dr. Goss.I brought my cat in for his comprehensive exam, something we’ve done regularly. Of course, he’s a cat — he’s not going to be thrilled about being handled by strangers, but that’s not unusual or unexpected. Instead of working with him or offering any real solutions, Dr. Goss told me it would be “better to bring him back another day.” So after scheduling this appointment weeks in advance, taking time off work, and making arrangements for all three of my pets, I was turned away.I pay for Banfield services every single month. I didn’t receive any of the care we came in for — no blood work, no vaccines — and no real reason beyond what seemed like fear or unwillingness to try. This was a complete waste of time, and it’s unacceptable considering how much effort and money goes into keeping up with my pets’ health. What makes this even more frustrating is that the front desk team is always great, and the vet tech helping me today is actually my favorite — I love seeing her. She’s always kind, caring, and genuinely tries her best. It was clear she was willing to do more, but if the doctor says otherwise, it’s not her call to make.I will make sure to avoid working with Dr. Goss in the future and will continue seeing Dr. Budzileni and Dr. Fendley, who have always treated both me and my pets with professionalism and kindness. I hate to leave a negative review, but people deserve to know the level of care (or lack thereof) they might receive.
April 26 · Amela HuskicThey are always so amazing with my Dogs! I would recommend! My dog Callie does not like the Vet, but when she needed staples and her nails and stuff trimmed the staff was amazing. She is so much more calmer going to the vet because they love on her like she’s their own! Thank you!
March 21 · Valeree MinerAs an older dog mom, I am super cautious of where I take my Sasha (14 year old Lab/Pit Mix). We moved to the area in August, and I went to Buford Banfield- but felt like a number.Dr Mindy called me with my fur baby’s findings and a recommended pain treatment plan. She didn’t rush the conversation, she answered all my questions, and honestly made me feel like Sasha was truly being cared for. I am so grateful for the Dr’s advice and recommendations and look forward to using Bethlehem Banfield for many more years. Thanks for taking your time with my sweet girl! Would highly recommend this location if you want a vet that truly cares about your animal 🐶
February 26 · Destinee DelgadoProbably the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet hospital! Me and my fiance just adopted a puppy “Daisy” and she had to have her da2pp (distemper/parvo) booster today. We came in expecting to pay just the vaccine. Our vet tech was Katie and she’s the BESTTTTT. She explained to us thoroughly and truthfully about the wellness plan and saved us so much money today! And it includes dna testing for the puppy package. Whaaattttt. Me and my fiance were going to do that when we had the money but its included with the Banfield wellness plan (for puppies). Our baby had more than just her da2pp booster and saved us so much in a very very tight budget right now. So now I only have to worry about a monthly fee instead of paying hundreds for vaccines, exams, testing, etc. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! Daisy has been feeling great :)
