★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wow! What a great animal hospital! Dr. Beth Achille is AMAZING! So caring, so thorough, yet conscious of the costs facing pet parents! I feel like she loves our dog as much as we do! And the staff is superb! They're great at maximizing your appointment, so you are not coming back month after month after month. They provide friendly and efficient check in and check out to get you on your way! If you're not getting vet services at Winding Creek Animal, you are missing out!
May 10 · Thomas Pavelko (Tom)MD was amazing! So thorough on our first visit. Made us feel really comfortable and explained things well. Loved how transparent they were with pricing beforehand. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vet!
May 30 · Kali KWe had an older dog who had to be put down after 17 yrs. named Sierra. They were very compassionate. Because of that we took our "new" puppy there for shots & and checkups. The veteranian called me directly when they were through with her & everything went well. I felt they are very trustworthy people with all kinds and ages of animals.
January 07 · Scott TailletFront staff is amazing, funny, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, compassionate, they make you feel at home and are welcoming.Doctors.... well.... hmm... they are absolutely wonderful ❤️ They take their time, explain things well, I never feel rushed, kind, you can tell they care.My fur babies have been well cared for since the day I walked into this place. I've tried many vets over the years with my 1st baby Thumper and worked for a vet's office for some time and this place is definitely special. If this is not your vet, you should go over and schedule an appointment. I've never been disappointed, I always get the call about results in a timely manner and emailed them for my own records which goes beyond in my opinion.
June 22 · Rose AlvarezALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!!! We came in with our cat because he was biting off his fur, he was loosing his hair all over his body, he was constantly licking himself, and he lost a lot of weight. The visit costed us $500 but we were very disappointed with the lack of knowledge from the doctor and the vet. We asked many questions in which they didn't know the answer to. If we are going to an animal hospital, we want to know all the details and we are expecting them to know at least mostly everything but they didn't which was very disappointing. They determined that he has mites which they prescribed a topical for him to apply once per month for 3 months. After the 3rd application our cat started going crazy biting off massive chunks if his fur, constantly picking himself, and his skin was literally splitting at the top in an area he can't even reach. He was acting like a completely different cat that we have never seen before. We came in to talk with the manager and asked for a refund for the visit since the didn't have any knowledge and a refund for the topical since it didn't help and in fact made it worse. The manager refused to give us a refund of just under $200 when previously when we came in a couple days after the visit to talk about our cats weird symptoms, the doctor said they would give us a refund if the topical didn't help. What was also VERY FRUSTRATING is that the manager said that the doctor would give us a call to talk to us after she was done doing what she was doing but we NEVER got a phone call or even an email. They are totally careless, and they only care about your money since they would rather keep the $200 instead of maintaining a good reputation and satisfied families. We went to a different animal hospital who were actually able to help us and cared about us and our car.NEVER COME TO WINDING CREEK!!!
