★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As a medical provider within EMS I have never seen or experienced any facility with such lack of respect or care of what is going on with the patient sure it’s an animal and there’s a lot of them but no excuse.DO better. The lack of preparation and details for ongoing matters with your patients is astonishing!! TAKE A BREAK EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON AND DO BETTER!!!!! That or leave the field please
August 21 · GeorgeI'd love to review a vet, but I never saw one. I arrived on time at 12:45 as a new patient. There were 2 other dogs in the waiting area, which seems super irresponsible for a practice to not triage patients or have them wait in the car until a room is ready. Thankfully, all the dogs in the waiting area were friendly, but that did not reduce any of their anxiety of being at the vet and around unfamiliar animals. After waiting 20 minutes I asked for a room to wait in because the waiting area was only getting busier and my dog was really having a hard time regulating herself and was showing signs of extreme anxiety - which is new for her. I was put in a room and told I was next. 10 minutes later (now 30 minutes since arrival) a tech comes and confirms some information and weighs my dog and says the doctor will be right in.I waited 15 more minutes before sticking my head out to reception to see when we might see the vet - reminding them our appointment time was 45 minutes ago. I physically saw the girl behind the desk get up to go check. I went back into the room waiting for her or someone to come give me an update. After 5 additional minutes (now 50 minutes since my appointment time), I went back out to reception and saw the same girl who was "going to check" sitting back in her seat on the phone. She didn't even come to tell me what she found out, just left us there waiting again. I just said "bye" and walked out with my dog. No one stopped me (there were two girls sitting at reception), no follow-up phone call from them or someone in charge, nothing. Frankly, I don't want a follow-up as I'll never be back, I just wanted to pass along this review so they'd see some of the areas that they can improve.1. Don't let a bunch of animals in your waiting area if any one of them is going to be there more than a few minutes. This just seems like common sense.2. If your clinic is running behind, check in with those waiting as a courtesy OR call them and let them know to delay coming in OR offer them a chance to reschedule before they arrive. Let them know about how long it might be or offer them a room for their animals so everyone is more comfortable. No one did this while I was in the waiting area for those 20 minutes. After check-in, I wasn't even acknowledged unless I approached them. No apologies, no explanations once I did approach. Thankfully, I was given a room, but only after I asked.3. If you have placed someone in a room and they have been seen by a tech, don't just leave them there with ZERO updates. Have the tech pop back in to let them know what is happening.4. If a person asks how much longer, DEFINITELY provide them with the update you physically went to seek out.5. If someone leaves your business because they have been ignored, not helped, barely acknowledged, maybe let the office administrator know it happened so they can look into it as a way to IMPROVE.I drove 45 minutes to this clinic to see the holistic vet on the recommendation of someone. I wasted my time, gas, time off of work, and worst of all, put my pet under stress that wasn't necessary. Do better!
August 07 · Erika ZDr. Grear has always known exactly what was wrong with our dogs. She is so compassionate & takes exceptional care of them. She just completed a difficult surgery on our Molly, showing her orthopedic skills. We are very grateful we have been connected with her through a friend.
June 05 · The JokerI have had dogs my entire life and this is my first experience with my new dog at a new vet. Best experience I have Ever had and great prices. The doctor always makes sure he comes and says hello and shakes my hand. To me that is the best customer service and if you take your dog to a different vet, I would stop going and start going here. Thank you, Dr. Mann and your entire staff.
March 24 · Logan MuehlenbeinHad to take my sweet Frenchie in for spaying and a tail pocket surgery (defect where there's a deep indentation kind of like a belly button right under where the tail is and there's no protruding tail). I was very nervous but they were supportive and explained how everything would go. Prices were reasonable. She's healing up great. Three pictures are the day after surgery, two weeks later (after stitch removal) and the closeup is three weeks out. Her scars are healing and her hair is growing back in.The spay was done laparoscopic so only two little holes.
