We needed an appointment for our Guinea Pig to be seen and we couldn’t seem to get her in Anywhere. Covid made it hard for all parties involved. But. The receptionist , went above and beyond to get us in as soon as she could. She even made it a priority to call and let me know that an appointment had canceled so that’s she could fit in our nutmeg on that day! Although, we lost our Nutmeg to circumstances out of our control, the doctor and his assistant did the best they could and gave her the best treatment they could at the time. Sadly, there was nothing they would’ve been able to do to save our little girl. Each and every Person working that day was very professional, personable and helpful and we’re also beside us as we grieved our loss. And just today I received a wonderful card of condolences as well. If you were looking for a place to take your animal or animals this is definitely the place to go. I want to say thank you to each and every person that was there that day, and that we will be back. - Christina Lewis
