Endicott Animal Hospital Reviews
Kind, intelligent, patient, accommodating and humorous. Dr. Wilhelm and staff were so gracious and welcoming when I had an emergency with my dog. No other vet, including my own regular vet, would see my dog. My dog and myself were greeted with such concern and compassion. The facility is gorgeous and Dr. Wilhelm is extremely knowledgeable. I am very fortunate to have come across a practice like Endicott Animal Hospital and I will continue to take all my animals here. Thank you.
Feb 27, 2025 · R PThis used to be my vet office. The receptionist is nice but Dr Wilhelm himself is very rude & likes to lecture you even if you're just asking a question to understand something. He got angry & proceeded to put his finger in my face. Not good customer service at all. Now just to state this we stopped going to this vet after that visit in 2023. Partly bc we moved & the nearest vet was much better.
May 26, 2025 · NicoleThis is my first review ever. They got my elder dog in immediately with no appointment and checked her out efficiently. The cost was fair and reasonable for an emergency visit and they were able to ease my concerns and do only what was necessary without doing any unnecessary testing.
May 09, 2025 · AndrewThese people don't really give a shit about your pets. Money comes first. They wouldn't even try and help me figure out what I can do with my sick dawg. They made it clear that I needed to pay $110 for the visit and then there was other fees as well. I said look my dog is dying and I'm from Florida and don't know anywhere I'm not from here. We can't help you if you don't pay is all the lady said. Didn't care about the little dog at all. I was floored. This is a business was the other part of the conversation. Sometimes people are in the wrong business. I cannot believe Endicott Animal Hospital. I hope nobody else goes through what I did tonight. My little dog might not make it through Tonite. How can someone turn away an animal who needs them. I don't get it. I could never do that ...no no no way. This was my experience
Mar 16, 2025 · James CaryThe reception is very kind and helpful. My lab loved the dog treat they gave him while waiting. The vet is stern, knowledgeable and direct which I appreciate!
