Tariq is the best! His customer service and willingness to help makes this store the best. Aquaculture genuinely wants all hobbies to succeed.
Dec 14, 2024 · MarcusThis is one of the only SaltWater fish stores that excels in customer service, prices, and most importantly Health of the fish. Ive Had the owner Terric personally take his time to explain what I’m doing wrong with my tank, what he recommends to do for the fish tank, what he recommendeds for my live stock , overall He wants you to succeed in the Hobby First and Foremost and even Refused to sell me fish because when he tested my waters he wasnt 100% confident that my water was up to par. Have you know I was planning to buy a White tail Bristle tooth Easily couldve made me take the fish home have it die and make more money off of selling more Expensive Fish to me but he refused because he wanted me to succeed the first time and to only come in to his store when I’m planning to buy more fish or trying to share the good news about my experience with the Hobby. He even held it for me as “sold “ until my tank was ready, I came in many times too to check up on the tang to make sure he was healthy before brining him home and many people were willing to pay “more” than his original price if he was willing to sell to them, but he sold to me and he refused selling to anyone else saying the fish was already sold to someone else I’m sorry. It’s something I’ve respected a lot too he has many chances to make more money but he stays loyal to the client, thats all you gotta know, you’re in great hands being taken care of at Aqua Culture.(Waited a few weeks in his store until my tank was ready to bring him home)After My water Became Pristine I was able to bring my Baby home.I Cant thank Aqua Culture enough for making this Hobby so much easier to understand and being so patient with me Highly recommend this shop to anyone from beginners to novices.
Dec 19, 2024 · Kyle VanSalt water section was okay but freshwater was a mess. Multiple dead or dying fish in tiny filthy tanks, and the place is a mess, not a professional business and mistreating the freshwater fish.
Jul 03, 2025 · Grayson GoeringWent in looking for freshwater fish, specifically a gourami. Although it was a little confusing to find, the selection was small but was clearly growing. Their distance in relation to where I live is one of the biggest reasons why I am choosing them as my go-to! Terry was very helpful in helping me find a gourami, and offered me an excellent and reasonable price for the honey red gourami he had. He also gave me some helpful advice for my plants that has really been working; they are looking better within two days of implementing it! Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a supply store!
Mar 29, 2025 · Emma Rose PerkinsAwesome guy super easy to deal with and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have exactly what you want and need to build an amazing tank!
