★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this veteran, I have 1 doggie and 4 kitty’s since I’ve moved into area 5 yrs ago I have trusted in town & county animal clinic, great staff and clean building, only thing is we end up waiting 30 mins to an hour after appointment time every time…
August 02 · Shannon HoggardWe've been bringing our animals here for the past 5-6 yrs. The folks here are very nice and are as interested in our animals as we are. They definitely go above and beyond. We thought we were going to have to put down our 16 yr old dog, a little medication and hes moving around again like he were 10.... this is our preferred spot for sure, thanks guys!
May 14 · Ryan ReynoldsI see this vet for all our animals, he's great! He is very knowledgeable and we haven't had any issues. He also has reasonable pricing, which is rare with veterinary care nowadays.
June 10 · Rebecca ChaseI really like this office, the staff & doctors are very kind, caring, empathetic, & with respectful prices. This office also tries their hardest to squeeze their pet patients in as soon as they can, especially when it's more of an emergency. I refuse to take my fur babies to another vet's office except this office, they are very compassionate.I went to another vet office before nearby years ago when I adopted my puppy, Charity, and the other vet office was very rude to me making me feel like a bad pet owner who didn't know what I was doing & telling me rudely & arrogantly how I should teach and treat my puppy, Charity that had separation anxiety.I decided to change to Town & Country Vet, & we have never regretted that change. We had to call the emergency phone number on a Sunday to VERY SADLY put Charity to sleep. They treated Charity with gentle & kindness as we had to put her to rest, & were very patient with my husband & me as we were saying “goodbye” to our good girl, it was the HARDEST thing my husband & I ever had to do. Our family & I got to enjoy Charity until she went to The Rainbow Bridge on February 3rd, 2024 when she was over 12 years old with Cancer & Diabetes. We decided to cremate Charity because we live in town and if we ever move then we can always take her with us. The cremation did not take but 2-3 days to get her back. We also wanted her clay paw print that we received with a sympathy card from the whole staff & doctors. We also received a Certificate Of Cremation & sympathy card from the company that cremated her. Now I'm working on a project as I have time & made a shadowbox with Charity’s picture, collar, & flower she used to wear on special occasions. Now I am getting a floating wall shelf to put her urn on the shelf next to her shadowbox with some of her favorite toys. We will always miss Charity, & sometimes still the office will mention how nice of a dog Charity was.Now Town & Country has a new patient we adopted as a puppy(like Charity), her name is Abby.
October 07 · Amanda NordinEach visit me and my large, anxiety filled, gentle giant leave with a positive attitude. The vet staff is always very compassionate, patient, and never seems to outwardly judge us. I have a large, senior German Shepard who has had a bad experience with a vet and groomer in the past. So he hates having to come at this point. But I really believe because of their approach he’s warming up to the idea of having to go to the “doggy doctor” again! They also never try to upcharge or push a treatment if it’s not what we came for. We show up with an issue and purely *that* is resolved. I’ve found myself in the past struggling with vets over this, but so far not them. He’s definitely not an easy dog to care for from a vets perspective so to have them be so welcoming is beyond comforting for him and me.Overall, I highly recommend this animal clinic!
