Jul 22, 2025 · Ray EarlyHad a wonderful experience here! The girls working on 6/17 were so helpful and saved me a lot of worries. I appreciate the thoughtful service from the receptionist especially, very very sweet and accommodating. Thank you, y'all are amazing!
Jun 18, 2025 · Shantella DuhartI’ve been bringing my dogs to Aldine Mail Route Animal Hospital since 2016. After nearly a decade of loyalty, I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated and the careless way my account was handled—especially when it directly impacted an important deadline I had to meet for my dog.Last year, I called to ask about vaccines and was immediately met with rudeness. The woman who answered sounded irritated and frustrated, as if she’d dealt with too many calls. Instead of helping me, she said (and I quote), “You know there’s an app, right?”—which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. I chose to let it go, but that was the first red flag. The real issue came last month when I called to get vaccines. The man who helped me was kind and polite, and I asked if he could add my personal email and phone number to the account. He said absolutely, asked for my info, and then confirmed that it had been saved. What he failed to mention—and what I only learned later—is that their system only allows one email and one phone number on file at a time. If I had known this, I would have confirmed that my mother’s info (she’s the primary account holder) was kept instead, or we would’ve asked for an alternative solution. That omission caused the real damage.A month later, I called to request more vaccines and was told that no email was on file—both mine and my mother’s had been deleted, and I was now required to physically come in and fill out paperwork to add an email back and I live 2 hours away. You would think that the primary account holder can call from her phone number to fix the issue at hand, but unfortunately for us they made us take that drive. This didn’t just confuse me—it completely derailed time-sensitive paperwork I had to submit to my university. Because I missed that deadline due to this mess, I now have to wait three months before I can submit it again.Wanting to resolve the issue and express my concern, I went in the next day to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, that conversation left me even more frustrated. Instead of listening or acknowledging my complaint, she repeatedly cited account security policies—policies I’m already familiar with, since I helped set up the account years ago. I wasn’t there asking for information—I was there to explain how her staff failed to properly inform me, mishandled our account, and caused an unnecessary setback in my life. There was no apology. No accountability. Just a cold, robotic repetition of policy and a quick re-entry of the emails that should’ve never been deleted to begin with. This entire experience showed me that the staff is not well-trained on their own system policies, and the burden of their confusion falls on the customer. The man who helped me in good faith ended up causing the biggest inconvenience by not understanding their policy. And when I tried to address it, I wasn’t heard—I was brushed off.I’ve trusted Aldine Mail Route Animal Hospital with my pets for years, but after this, I no longer feel like I’m in good hands. I won’t be coming back.** Edited **Your reply proves my point. Me and mother already understood the restrictions placed because WE implemented them.. We just don’t understand why your staff deleted my mother’s primary email in the first place. That caused a big inconvenience to me and my dog’s living situation. Also, the fact that even after i went in person to complain and add the emails back… and the manger told me she saved my email on file — apparently that was a lie. I called yesterday to ask for my information to be removed and the receptionist made me aware that there was still no email saved. Thats absolutely ridiculous and this clinic stands on lies and lack of communication. Overall me and my mother understand your restrictions and account privacy and you guys didn’t have to restate to us that the restrictions WE placed on the account. The fact that the manager made this about a security issue when the problem was never that.. Take your pets to a better place.
Jul 24, 2025 · Dontarius ColbertTook my chocolate lab in because she was bleeding on her underside. Everyone in their office was so caring. They made us feel so comfortable in a scary situation. You can tell how much they really care. They made sure to explain everything in detail so I knew I was making an informative decision. My parent have been taking their pets since I was a child. I couldn't recommend them more! Thank you!
May 15, 2025 · Felicia CohnI wish i never had taken them in for anything! I paid for exam and wellness but for sure they weren’t checked at all due to that one of my girls passed away. They all went in crawling, active and worm. one of my girls came out cold and unresponsive. I called and told them and they said all they could do is wave the exam fee but treatment or anything needed will be my responsibility and wanted me to drive up to the other location. Within the 10min drive home my girl passed away. This is sad and i do regret taking them. Will i be taking any of my pets their no not no more.
