Jan 07, 2025 · Shannon Rupertwas turned away at the door. Called and asked if that was Weaverville animal Hospital because I am new to the area. He cut me off and said I don’t know what you’re talking about. This is Allen animal Hospital, It hasn’t been that name in 15 years since my dad owned it. That should’ve been my red flag.My miniature schnauzer went to the groomer about four days prior and was nicked on his little PP. Out of nowhere, he started, screaming and shaking and growling, and it was sticking out of his body, and it was inflamed And swollen. My husband took him down the street and I guess Mr. Allen (the owner since 15 years ago since his dad no longer owns it) asked my husband if his PP went back in his body and my husband said yes. So Dr. Allen said oh he’s fine. Take him home.He didn’t even take one look at my animal. And yeah, I called him back and asked him. How would you feel if you were turned away at the doctor For your private parts, (dick)being swollen and infected. He stated are you gonna keep bitching or are you gonna listen to what I have to say? so with that being said it was about 15 minutes to where he closes down at 1 PM. If he wanted us to come back, he could’ve politely said so and we would’ve came back when he reopened at 4 o’clock. Needless to say I will never be going here again.
Jun 18, 2025 · Laura JonesGreat country style vet. He doesn’t sugar coat. Some people say he’s rude. I say he’s direct. He loves the animals, does great work, and his prices can’t be beat. He cuts out unnecessary vet tests and charges and cuts to the chase when pursuing diagnosis and treatment. Good, honest, veterinary care.
