Amesbury Animal Hospital Reviews
I loved the vet and vet nurse i saw today. I feel terrible i didn't catch the nurse's name, but she was so sweet and kind and so good with my dog , Melody. She also didn't judge me for having an overweight dog which I feel awful about. She put me at ease right away when I was worried about my sweet Melody peeing blood. I hope the managers see this and can identify the nurse who was in the room, so she gets the credit. We had a new vet today. I loved her. Her name was Dr .Mary, and she was down to earth and kind and non judgmental. We were there for a UTI, but she identified an ear infection too, and got us all set up with everything we needed to make Melly babe feel better. Thank you so much!! As always, best vet practice ever.
Jun 20, 2025 · Jayme DykesMy first visit with my very nervous 6 yr old rescue. Staff was kind, professional knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I easily understood! Will definitely recommend this practice!
Apr 06, 2025 · Pat KeefeKind care for my cats.I bring my 2 cats there and both have had some medical issues that were taken taken care of with care and professionalism. The front desk staff is always friendly and informative. Just this week I brought one of them in for a check up. The girl that brought us into the exam room and asked sone questions was sweet and seemed to love my beloved kitty. Then during check up, Dr Hannaman spent 1/2 hour just consulting with me and answering my questions about feeding etc for my cats health concerns while my cat was being tested etc out back. She also has cats and is so willing to share her knowledge and first hand experience with cats, from young to elderly. She also talked to me about how to make the testing most budget freindly.Add to all that a very convenient location in Amesbury near the highway, plenty of parking, a roomy waiting area with long padded bench seats (perfect for cat carrier to sit next to you instead if the floor)I highly recommend.
Jan 17, 2025 · Kimberly BamfordI’ve brought all of my animals here starting in 2012 and I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else. I can’t recommend them enough! The entire staff is so nice and funny and upbeat all the time. When I had to bring my cat in to be euthanized, they put me in a quiet room and never rushed me and were so sympathetic. This is a place that actually cares about you and your pets
May 19, 2025 · Christine FWe have depended on the Vets, Techs, and Staff at Amesbury Animal Hospital for decades now. From way back in the 90’s and with everything from dogs, cats, donkeys, ponies, horses, and a mule. They have always put the best interests of the animal first. I trust all of the vets, have had many out to my house for multiple animal appointments. They are accommodating and generous, and truly love animals. We will never leave this practice even though our needs have downsized. I trust them with my furry friends lives. ❤️
