★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My golden retriever has been with Banfield since she was born. Their kind care and professionalism Is wonderful. She loves going there everybody says hi and scratch scratches or ears and it’s one of your favorite places to go!
August 20 · Elle BeithBest vets I've ever taken my dogs to. Charlie has always disliked vets, but he loves them here and they always say how well he behaved. Thank you all so much for the care you give to our beloved pets.
March 28 · Samantha CDr Reineisch is the best! Treats you like a human which is not always the case in high volume clinics. Also the vet techs are always helpful and take the time to answer your questions. Taz is who I dealt with this time but as long as I have been taking my pet to this location and working with Dr Reineisch I have had a great experience.
August 04 · Tina PhillipsLiterally spent a half hour setting an appointment up with Jean, reoriented my whole day around it. Watched him enter my info in- came back for said appointment and nothing. No phone number, no name, no possibility to get in last minute obviously. Massive waste of time, massively disorganized. Would have been one thing if they had been over booked but this chick just wants to start this whole process of going over plans again like I hadn't just done it already.
June 22 · Austin JonesThe last visit with my other dog was great. Staff was friendly and doc was thorough and friendly. Today however was a different story.I called after it had been 3.5 hours since drop off to get an estimate of when he would be ready. The lady who answered the phone was rude, acted like I was disturbing her, and refused to try to get estimate for pickup. Then she refused to let me speak with the manager. When another tech grabbed the phone they claimed they couldn't get an estimate because the doc "was in surgery." The doc called back 19 minutes later and he was ready to go. Mighty quick surgery. 🙄When I picked him I found out why she seemed so reluctant to provide good customer service. My call was taking time away from her phone. When I walked up to the desk I had to get her attention because she was playing on her cell.
