★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Alice was very patient going over all pricing and explained every single thing of the plan. Dr. Oh took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered.
July 09 · Larissa ParkThe entire staff is excellent very attractive and detail. I love Dr. Cisneros. This was my first time with Dr. Oh , but both doctors.are GREAT!
August 06 · Beverly StephensDr. Oh and Jackie were the most insightful, comforting, and personable. They truly made my experience so easy and positive. My dog, Harley, is blind as well as a few other abnormalities that make me nervous at my usual vet appointments; however, Harley was calm and I left more than satisfied at the care all around. We will absolutely be back!
August 14 · Claire BlantonBeen here 2 times for check ups and preventative medication, and they have taken care of my two babies! They show them a lot of love, even giving me a purée packet to go for them. I’ve appreciated the convenience and care at this location.
April 02 · Lexi AgpawaIt has taken me a long time to write this review because the pain of losing my dog, has been incredibly difficult to process. This incident happened some time ago, but I feel it’s important to share so that others are aware and hopefully spared from a similar tragedy.I am heartbroken to say that my dog died due to negligence at this clinic. My dog was seen twice in one week, and days after the second visit, I received a voicemail stating that the label for one of his medications— "did not get all the instructions". When I returned their call, I was given the correct dosage he should had been receiving, but this critical information was never provided at the time I received the medication.Unfortunately by the time they contacted me, the damage had been done. My dog had passed due to not receiving the proper medication. What made the situation even more painful was the complete lack of compassion. Once I mentioned my dog had died, I was met with no apology, no sympathy, and no acknowledgment of the gravity of the situation. Not a single “I’m sorry.”Losing my dog in this way was devastating — and completely preventable! This kind of mistake is inexcusable when it comes to medical care, especially for our pets who rely on us and the professionals we trust for their well-being.Please be extremely cautious when dealing with this clinic. Double-check every medication, and don’t assume anything has been communicated properly. Your pet’s life may depend on it.
