★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr Osadiaye is the best!! He was very patient with my questions, and very good at explaining things to me and teaching the best way of brushing my cat’s teeth. He even sent me a thorough email summary of what we discussed this morning. I can tell he has a genuine love for animals and his job, it makes me feel so good about coming here. The front desk and rest of the staff was also extremely helpful and kind to me and my cat. 💖 everyone was also upfront about prices, and informative about the membership plan over the phone. I am definitely coming back here and keeping this clinic as my cat’s primary care vet.
March 26 · MikaUpdated 8/2/2025Prestonwood is still the best! My kitty is now 16, and we went for her senior check-up about a week ago. The doctor she saw last week is no longer there. It used to bother me that every year, my cat sees a different doctor because the last one left. What I've learned is that Prestonwood (my words, not theirs) has high standards and is a great proving ground for young vets. Their client base is always full, and because of the consistent good service they provide, we return year after year.I've been going there since my 22-year-old cockatiel (Sunny) was first adopted from The Richardson Animal Shelter 21 years ago.I am grateful for their genuine compassion for my animals - and for me. Especially this year, as by the time I arrived for Patty's appointment, I was frazzled because she had gotten car sick for the first time ever. They lovingly cleaned her and her carrier, and both the vet tech and the doctor gave me tips on how to manage my cat's "senior moments." They also took the time to call pharmacies to find one that had the liquid form of her medication.Thank you to everyone at Prestonwood Pet Clinic for loving my babies as much as I do.BEST VET EVER! I took my 13-year-old cat to Prestonwood Pet Clinic for the first time a couple of months ago for her first check up since COVID reared its ugly head. I formerly used another vet who I thought was good - and she was. But I immediately fell in love with Dr. Collins at Prestonwood. Her enthusiasm and thoroughness blew me away. It's contagious! She educated me and gave me tools to help me better care for my senior ("slightly overweight") cat. And the staff? They are amazing and treated my kitty with love and compassion, clearly understanding that vet visits can be traumatic for animals. They are friendly yet professional. BEST VET EVER!7/2024 - My cat will be 15 this year, and I took her to Prestonwood for her senior check up. Though some of the doctors were new to me, I was again pleased with how they genuinely care for my kitty, the thoroughness of their exam, and the way they continue to educate me. Despite having her for 14 years, I learn something new about my cat (and cats in general) with every visit. Dr. Osadiaye gave me simple solutions to address some behaviors that seemed odd (even for a cat!), (Dr. O, the plate worked like magic!). So thanks again, Prestonwood Clinic, for treating my kitty like she's as precious to you as she is to me.
August 02 · Ruth Hunter-HillPrompt, Professional, and compassionate in the case of our cat dying from Leukemia and Anemia. The onset to death was just a matter of days; a downward spiral I've never seen in any pet I've owned in my 75 years. Today, Sunday the 13th of July 2025 a day after Bonnie's Blood test results told us the news we woke to her in pain and decided we needed to end her suffering. The first clinic we stopped by told us $375 which my wife and I thought outrageous! We drove to another clinic Animal Urgent Care on Preston Road, and they were most considerate, and even though the place was packed with dogs and cats, mostly dogs they ushered off to a private room. The young female who helped us was most helpful and caring. We filled out the required paperwork and said our good byes to Bonnie. We did take her home to be buried in the family pet cemetery. A sad day considering how much joy Bonnie brought to our family in those 4 short years.
July 13 · Chris LaneNo. Super shady on how they try to pass off monthly preventive heartguard and flea & tick meds in a "generic" brown BAGGIES with no lot numbers, no expiration, and no box. Why? I'm guessing they get bulk discounting and therefore take those savings and then stuff drugs into baggies and try to pass them off to customers at the full price.I drove up to the office and asked about Rx's to compare prices, and they were $20 to $30 more per month than online. They told me that they'd approve a 4 month supply, yet when I purchased a 1-month and 3-month supply they denied it.Look folks... there are a ton of reputable vets out there, who don't play these games. Find another vet. I've been with this office for 17 years and I've never moved, yet had 12 vets in 17 years. Does that tell you anything?UPDATE: 3-21-25:The order for "4 months" arrived today and it's 3-months of heartguard and 1-month of nextgard. Totally wrong bc they didn't read the monthly dosage. It's supposed to be 4-month supply of both. Trying to get this corrected with the Vet office is even more challenging bc they seem to want to tell me how "right" they are and dig their heels in. Why not say "hey, sorry... we accidentally got that wrong. We'll fix it." After being a customer for 17 years, keeping 2 pets fully updated on meds, shots, etc., you'd think they would acknowledge the mistake and make it right.
March 21 · Maribeth MonserrateAbsolutely do not go to this place if you care for your animals this is just another corporate money grab none of the staff has any vested interest in the place or what they do it is simply just another job and they make it very evident. Please do not make the same mistake as me and trust these people with your babies lives. THEY DO NOT CARE.
