★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is a great vet and I feel it’s more affordable as well. I took my two kitties here for vaccinations as well as some skin issues my little kitten was having. Everyone at the front desk is so helpful and nice. The vet techs are great and Dr. Salpietra has been wonderful with my cats. He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything in depth as well as what the medications will be doing for my cats. You can tell he really loves what he does!
July 12 · KatGood service. They usually have many appointments available and took good care of my dog. Except for one time they prescribed a antibiotic that caused him to get constipated and then got a hernia.
July 24 · Diani FerroI brought my cat in two days ago for her annual exam and clearly informed the staff that I wanted a prescription for Revolution Plus so I could order it through Chewy. I was told that I simply needed to place the order on Chewy and that the hospital would approve it via a phone call. However, the following day my Chewy order was declined. When I called Banfield for clarification, I was told that my cat needs a heartworm test before a prescription can be approved. This requirement was never mentioned during our visit. Now I’m being told I would have to pay another office visit fee—over $70—just to get the necessary test. This is very frustrating, especially since I have never been asked to complete a heartworm test in order to get Revolution Plus at other veterinary clinics. Given the lack of communication and the added unnecessary expense, I will not be returning to this hospital.
August 05 · JoySometimes you have to wait a few minutes, but that's because every single staff member always treats every client as if they are the only person that's important. You get the same treatment whether you are on the phone or in person.I love Banfield pet clinic! Wouldn't take my Katie anywhere else!
April 07 · Cindy HallI’ve always taken my dog to Banfield Pet Hospital and she’s three years old now. I am super pleased with our service. We are invested in the wellness plan and has paid for itself. Thank you BPH!!!
