Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Reaaaally good Banfield. We’ve been to so many. Obviously avoid the ones coupled with the PetSmart, but this one is better than others in the area! The staff are knowledgeable, caring, remember what you tell them without constantly referring to their notes. Plus this location has good air conditioning/ well ventilated. It doesn’t smell like other animals pee’d everywhere — I would say odorless.Give this location a shot!
Jul 06, 2025 · ShaunI recently had to put my 17 year old cat, Flip, down because he was getting very sick. It was such a difficult process but during my visits at Banfield the staff was very kind, patient and guided me through during the process. I did not opt to receive his ashes but to my surprise they gave me an imprint of his paw print, which I LOVE and will be forever grateful. Thank you Banfield Staff and Vets for helping Flip and helping me through such a tough process.
Mar 15, 2024 · Amy SernaAlways love bringing my cat here. They always take great care of him and answer all my questions. I recommend them to everyone I know because they know what they’re doing and love what they do.
Mar 21, 2025 · Mika WBeen bringing my cat here for a couple years now. The Crocker location is the best in Sacramento by far - the staff have always been friendly and Eggy seems to be pretty chill when he has to go. Only downsides: appointments are months out and one of the vet techs smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, it’s clean and in a nice location!
Jul 19, 2022 · Becca GhonimThey completely messed up scheduling appointments, we were supposed to come in for a neuter surgery. We get there, they tell us that there’s no surgery scheduled even though the front desk said he was scheduled for one. Thanks a lot for me wasting a day off from work when you can’t even get the simplest task done.
