★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really enjoy the care and services, the awesome staff at this location (Morrow) provide my pets. I can ask questions and even set-up extensions to pick up as necessary. They treat my Fur Bebes like they're a part of their families. Thank you!
March 30 · Deslina GlazeBanfield's Morrow location is the absolute best! We have been going to them for over 14 years without ANY problems or complaints. Dr. Jennings, is an angel. The staff are angels, as well. Everyone there makes you feel like family. My dogs get so excited every time we pull up to park. The customers are friendly too. I highly recommend Banfield to all pet owners. You won't regret it. I just love them all and I am so grateful for everything they have done for us.
April 03 · Tiahane DudleyDr Jennings, Dr Barksdale (Dynamic Duo) and the team in Morrow are the absolute best!!!My fur baby (100 lb German Shepard) couldn't even walk and it didn't look good. First, the staff helped me carry him from the car to the examination room. After a thorough examination, they found the problem, prescribed the proper meds and progressively my baby gained his strength. He is back!!! Thank you ALL!!!!
August 02 · S PlI have a puppy that was removed from mom way too early and I’ve never had a dog before so as it’s getting closer to what I am guessing to be time for shots I thought it would be smart to make him a wellness appointment and I really wanted to know his age. I get to the back and I’m asked if I have any concerns I say no but explain the situation. The vet starts to offer me other things to pay for he didn’t even touch my puppy or anything. I kept declining and he kept offering different things still never touching my puppy. I declined everything thinking we would go on with the visit and nothing presented itself. So now I’m declining the shots because you are encouraging me to pay for stuff still never touched my dog. He told me ok and you are still responsible for the office visit so I paid $72 to have him weighed and for the receptionist to look at his teeth and tell me how old she thinks the puppy is. Never again!! There is a level of compassion that’s expected in any kind of health care and this was not it. I rather drive to Atlanta and go to the chewy vet
March 12 · Shakia BlountBrought in my dog Luna Williams for a drop in appointment at the banfield in morrow on 12/09/2024 at 8am for a routine cytopoint injection and asked them to trim down a specific nail on her back right paw. Dr. Jennings called me at 11:00 am stating that they got the nail trimmed down AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT but recommended that I get all her nails trimmed because they were all long i missed the call so i got it in my voicemail for evidence I called them back asking if they can give my dog a nail trim like the dr recommended they said sure. I go to pick my dog up at 12 and was told it would be another 10 minute wait because they needed to cut the rest of her nails. When i get my dog back nobody says anything everybody claims all is well she is shaking and shivering per usual so i dont pay any mind and take her to the car i get back to the car and notice that SHE STINKS OF BLOOD. I look at her paw and it is soaked with blood. I take her back inside thinking that they just cut a quick and didnt clean her or bandage her or anything and asked if she can be cleaned and bandaged. This is what im upset about: the nurse came back with my dog wrapped in a compression wrap stating that they had to cut her fur to see what the issue was and stated that “she is bleeding because the long nail grew into her paw pad which i know was a lie because i was looking at it and touching it the night prior and she showed absolutely no signs of pain. I was told not to take bandage off for 24 hours. All of This was on my break so i didnt have time to inquire about alot before i had to drop her back home and get back to work. I get home from work after banfield is closed and take off bandage due to it being wet from the rain and her limping during our walk to see that HER ENTIRE DEW CLAW IS MISSING IT WAS PULLED OUT. not only was she injured due to negligence but i was lied to and gaslit. Someone needs to get in contact with me about this there’s no reason why i wasnt informed and apologized to about this incident ON THE SPOT. why do i have to deal with this after the facility closed. I was able to notice her bloody paw within 5 minutes of her being with me because the injury stunk of blood and stained my work shirt from how much it was bleeding there’s no reason why she was given to me with an uncleaned unwrapped injury with a lie to cover it up and there was no way that the nurse didnt see her injury before giving her to me. This will not be passed off as a mistake shame on this facility i want the visit refunded and her optimum wellness plan cancelled this is crazy . This vet is not to be trusted. Included is the transcription of the voicemessage that was left from Dr. Jennings and a picture of her missing dew claw. Thank God i was left a voice message or else i probably wouldve just been gaslit some more. How does it go from “everything looks great” to me receiving her with a RIPPED OUT NAIL?
