Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
My dog and I had such a great experience visiting Banfield in Whitney on Stephanie! I could swear that my pup, who normally gets upset for the rest of the day after a doctor's visit, is happily walking around saying: "They treated me like a patient and not like a customer!" Dr. McTear was so kind and patient, answering my every question and providing great info on getting our girl back on track with a healthier diet and better dental hygiene. Dr. McTear is so sweet and caring, I love her already. Theresa was super helpful and patient, as well, and provided us with such a cute goody bag as we were leaving. I'm so relieved to know that our love has a great team to keep her healthy. There is plenty of parking, and this Banfield has their own entry from the parking lot, with a nice-sized waiting area.

Apr 18, 2025 · D JardineNever go to the Banfield hospital in this PetSmart. They are THEE worst. They should at least SEEM like they care about your pet. They're there to only make money. Spent $700 only for my pet to get worse. Then they tried to upsell me and tell me to bring my pet back in just days after the visit. Again, just there for the money. Corporate Vets and the staff are rude as soon as they walk into the door to go to work. I asked for my pet's results in writing multiple times and they refused to email me a copy. I had to call another Banfield just to get the results. Upon reading the results and "little side notes" they put into the file, they wrote so much incorrect and misleading information. Never again will I attend ANY Banfield, just because of the experience at this particular one.
Jan 23, 2025 · Raven CookPlease, if you love your dog so much do not take them to Banfield Pet Hospital. Last night on February 17, 2025 I had to put my dog down because he was misdiagnosed. I did lab works and they told be he didn't seem out of the ordinary. Turned out he had cancer and was anemia, it was too late. With the proper diagnosis he could have been in less pain and treated properly.
Feb 18, 2025 · Adriana IgnacioI saw the reviews and was scared to go but my dog was in very poor shape. I had gotten the dog from my sister who took very poor care of her. The dog (Ellie) was my mother’s and mine but my mother had stage 4 cancer and passed. While taking care of everything and getting moved back to Vegas my nice fell in love with her so I let her stay with them. 2 years later my sister can have Ellie where she was moving. I gladly wanted her back. I saw her for the first time and she had more than doubled her weight. 25lbs in perfect health and had to be at least 50lbs. Not having much money I decided to go back to what we use to do. Getting healthy food, going on walks at night. She started looking better but took a turn for the worst. She had gotten diabetes and dropped to 13lbs. I was selling my car and applying for loans anything I could. The Vet Dr. Dianna Guernick confirmed my worst and would be best to put her down. Beyond devastated I couldn’t even afford to do that that day. I had no choice and was having to bring her home in pain I’m sure when Dr. Guenick worked with me. I had to leave ASAP and didn’t ask for anything as memento like a paw print wishing I would have. I can’t thank this team enough. I am eternally grateful and could never repay the kindness done for Ellie and myself.Forgot to add this updateLess than a week later I got a card signed by the staff. When I saw the print I couldn’t believe it. Ellie’s paw print. When I get another pet I’m 100% taking it to them for everything. I could never repay the kindness and helping me through a very difficult time.
